Fairways and Bluewater Boracay

Fairways tem tudo. Quartos espaçosos, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, ótimas comodidades de todas as piscinas, praia particular e festa de espuma! Nossa família realmente gostou da nossa estadia. A comida é incrível. O café da manhã também está ok. Serviço de transporte 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, ao redor do portão principal do resort, para que você possa ir a qualquer lugar quando quiser. As crianças querem voltar logo. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência que tivemos em Fairways e Bluewaters. A localização e o quarto são elegantes, limpos, cheiram bem, com uma bela vista e cama confortável com uma quantidade generosa de travesseiros. Originalmente reservamos o quarto superior, porém, eles atualizaram o nosso para o quarto Premier, o que é realmente incrível. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e irão cumprimentá-lo calorosamente. A vista é de tirar o fôlego, o famoso “buraco da fechadura” estava lá. A festa da espuma todas as quintas e sábados foi incrível. Buffet de café da manhã foi delicioso. Você tem que trazer água, se você gosta de água como eu, eu só tinha meu recipiente de água que só dá para uma hora, eles têm água de cortesia disponível para 2 todos os dias de graça, mas dentro do árbitro você tem que comprar. Mas no final, apesar de consumirmos 6 garrafas de água, não pagamos por isso. Ficamos surpresos, eles disseram que é a água de cortesia que consumimos. Então, ficamos felizes com isso. Se você gosta de um lugar movimentado, com muitas pessoas e estabelecimentos comerciais, você pode reservar um hotel na estação 2. Mas se você gosta de um lugar sereno e tranquilo, você pode definitivamente reservar Fairways e Bluewaters. Eu recomendo este hotel para meus amigos e familiares. Por favor, vá em frente e reserve este hotel, pessoal. Obrigado Fairways e Bluwaters, definitivamente voltaremos.

The hotel is a really nice place with amazing amenities on it. It's far from the white beach but they already have all the things you need. The foods that they serve are also superb. Their staff are all friendly and accommodating. It is a safe and beautiful place, you can`t ask for more.

Fairways and Bluewater was a decent resort. I think most would be happy here. ALL staff were welcoming and helpful. Service was fantastic. The private beach is beautiful but lacks a bar. The downfall for me was the location. You have to get a shuttle bus EVERYWHERE. You can’t simply walk to the front gate as it’s quite far. We just felt far away from everything. And also, our room didn’t have hot water. But if you’re happy to stay mostly on the resort then it may be the place for you.

Let me tell you. 1. No internet access the whole time, day and night we stayed in the room even though we already informed them. No action changes have done! 2. The Room is way too old . The ambiance was chilling and antique. 3. Extremely spacious for a couple. 4. You have to wait for shuttle and worst if the shuttle was full you gonna wait for another 5minutes! 5. If you are in a main building you gonna wait longer in a very long line! 6. Long line for buffet even though its not peak hr in their list! 7. Jacuzzi was not available for the whole 7 days When we arrived the front desk lady informed us that they have upgraded our room without our consent . And Unfortunately they gave us a 2 queen size bed, it’s not what we informed them via booking. We already informed them a single king bed since it has a choices of bed. And I kindly asked if they will be available room for single bed and with good access of internet by tomorrow morning. We were informed that they will be ,just drop by in the front desk. And we did ,so on the next day we dropped by and Another lady informed us that there’s no available room for single bed. (!!!We were celebrating our honeymoon! ) I told her we were told that there will be!! And she keep saying that they don’t have . We asked her what single bed room they have available in the main building since the villa away from there has no access for internet!!!. And she told us the room need to add 8k per night!! They could have inform us from the very beginning of our booking that there’s is no room available for couple like us or single bed!! So that we don’t have this disappointment and frustration for our honeymoon!! We could have booked another hotel from the very beginning!!! We kept the room until 6 days out of 7days we booked even though we left that hotel on our 2 day!! We asked for Manager ! Asking for a change of room in the main building! They gave us a room which is same category but near to the main building which has a single bed and not sure about the quality of the internet . This is ridiculous !! The other lady said there is no available room at all !! Because of frustration and exhausted. We have decided to book in station 2 a different hotel which has a owned jacuzzi and access pool! Costing us another 5,670 per Night! At least we enjoyed, the internet is fast , the interior of the room was fascinating and glamorous and etc!

The hotel environment is perfect, the accommodation room is too bad, the room type I booked does not match the actual, the bed turns over and creaks, the hygiene is really not good, the second time to live, the first time to live in 2014, this year is 2024, 10 years this experience is too disappointing to me. The hotel breakfast is not up to four-star standard. The rooms are terrible. Terrible.

Rooms and lobby is a bit outdated. Peak season is a bit hard to go around because you need to wait for the car transport around the resort. The best is their pool area.

It was a great experience overall. Came here for vacation during the spring festival. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are, they really made sure we got taken care of. The room was pretty spacious and clean, just a little bit humid. The resort itself is very clean and quiet as well as enormous, so moving around requires you to take multiple shuttle rides. I especially enjoyed the private beach and the different restaurants and bars within the resort.

I like everything about Fairways, it’s private and exclusive. Everything is here. They offer complimentary service for you to go around the facilities. They have 4 pools and a private beach. Thank you for your warm welcome, complementary room upgrade and a birthday set up. I really recommend here and will definitely book again soon. Its a really must try.
