Minha estadia foi extremamente agradável. A hospitalidade da equipe estava certa. Literalmente todo mundo estava lá para fazer você se sentir melhor e confortável. O buffet de café da manhã foi incrível. A praia ficava a apenas um braço de distância e tinha uma das vistas mais bonitas enquanto tomava café da manhã do lado de fora de palmeiras altas e da praia azul cristalina. Os quartos eram espaçosos, limpos e modernos. A piscina do hotel era agradável para passar um tempo relaxando com música relaxante e sem barulho da praia. O hotel ficava na rua 2 da praia e tinha muitos bares agradáveis, restaurantes e opções de mergulho a uma curta distância. Toda a praia da rua 1-3 pode ser percorrida a pé. Adorei o hotel, com certeza irei visitá-lo novamente. Uma das melhores estadias! A simpatia e hospitalidade da equipe novamente foram notáveis.

Pela minha quarta vez este ano em Boracay, finalmente, senti que estava hospedado em um hotel e bem descansado em comparação com a chamada rede de hotéis "4 estrelas" em Boracay. Pode haver pequenos desafios, mas a gerência do Mandarin Bay e as equipes estão sempre se esforçando ao máximo para ajudar, se não surpreender você com experiências inesquecíveis. Eles são construtivos e abertos a melhorias. Parabéns e mais poder para o pessoal de terra da MBRS.

Roshan at the reception is the true gem of this resort. She greeta everyone with a smile and is always there to assist guests whether it’s 6AM in the morning pr 10PM at night. She’s so sincere and genuine , she makes you feel right at home. The hotel is beachfront and the facilities are new, rooms are clean, buffet is worth the price. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately the weather was pretty bad when we traveled but we were lucky to be staying at the Mandarin hotel. All the staff were courteous and attentive. The reception helped us with the check-in, receiving my delayed luggage and asking about its condition since my luggage looked rained on and had sand, confirming our return flight since it was at risk due to the bad weather conditions. The staff at the poolside lounge, La Fiesta and Mama Mia went to the extra mile- giving us complementary ice cream and fruit skewers. keeping our wine/beer glasses full, as well as helping to serve my senior citizen parent some drinks and soup. All the staff are very professional too, in the manner they conduct themselves especially with guests. They also provided complementary nightly turndown service, including snacks. The rooms are top notch, very clean- unlike the other hotel chain in the area. Complete amenities and my parents especially loved the complementary flipflops. It’s also very comfortable to stay around the pool. The lounge tables have games for the guests to use. I also used their small temporary gym which they have plans to upgrade. I look forward to coming back here in summer next year.
