As with any Premier Inn, excellent beds & good, clean room & bathroom. Great shower etc. However, what made this Premier Inn stand out were the staff. All of them, from front reception to cleaning staff. Absolutely top notch. Polite, friendly, helpful & all with a great sense of humour.

Good stay with friendly pleasant staff, who quickly dealt with any issues. They went out of their way to be helpful, retrieving my forgotten computer charger, whilst I worked off site. Room was clean and comfortable. Returning again this week, looking forward to another positive experience.

The team in the PI Liverpool North are wonderful. All of them. Should there be any issues and they are rare they do their very best to help in any way the y can. I have used this hotel for over 14 years now and the organisation I work for have a fair allowance. The reason I use the PI Liverpool North is because of the people that look after me and they are withing the PI organisation the very best. To name a few, and please forgive me if I have forgotten any names of the team. Debbie, Julie, Anne, Nikki, Sue and not forgetting Lee. They always try to accommodate me with my usual room as I have serious hearing issues and I have tinnitus as a bonus. the room they allocate me overlooks the main road and to cancel my tinnitus out I leave the window open and the constant traffic cancels it out and I sleep wonderfully. Thank you all you are the best and represent the PI organisation in the very best way.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good location. Room was a good size and there was plenty of tea and coffee available .The breakfast was very impressive and the evening meal was lovely and a fair price. I will definitely stay there again on one of my regular visits to the wonderful city of Liverpool..

The hotel was as you would expect, excellent service on arrival and departure from reception staff. Only comment on the room was there were 3 empty water bottles behind the curtains. Where the hotel let us down was breakfast. The staff were again excellent but fighting to cope with the volume of covers, the chefs did seem to have it easy and had time for a chat when all around were run off their feet. The food was not enticing, items missing and not being replaced, no coffee cups/mugs and a thoroughly disappointing experience we have never had in a Premier Inn. We will not book breakfast ever again, waste of money. I don't normally bother with reviews but as Premier Inn keep e mailing for one, here it is.

Clean and comfortable room, good location for visiting Aintree Racecourse. It was a little bit difficult to locate the entrance as you couldn’t get in from the main road however it did mention this on the website but I’d not made a note of the slightly different postcode hence was my own fault. The Breakfast was both tasty and plentiful, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff absolutely awesome and friendly. hotel itself inside is clean. wifi not the best. not a good look is the lazy smokers who throw ciggy butts on the floor, even thou bins ashtrays are provided. quiet and great location for everything just off the motorways, trains close and shopping . cinema is close

A tired Premier on that is in need of a full referbishment, our room have paint flaking off the walls in the bathroom and a few cobwebs in the high corners in the main sleeping area, kids were running up and down the corridors late at night and early morning, never any staff about to notify, wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
