Amatoa Resort

The experience of staying at Amatoa was very unpleasant. There is no warm welcome, not even a smile from the clerk there. They have to learn hospitality, their service is very bad. The air conditioner in the room is not cold, the bathroom is stuffy and very hot, lots of mosquitoes and ants. I complained but there was no follow up from them. This resort is not very family-friendly. The price is quite expensive, but not comparable to the facilities and services provided. I will not come back here again, and do not recommend staying here for anyone.

we arrived at amatoa from very long trip from toraja and we were check in with friendly and helpful staff so we can take a comfort rest immediately. its nice room with direct access to pool made my daughter so happy. in here they have two pool one direct access from my room and the other with fabulous ocean view. the food that we ate so tasty and delicious, make our stay complete. all the staff give excellent service, they are so friendly, and pro active to our needs. overall its a memorable and pleasant stay for our family, Love to come back again here

我在齋月出差時在這裏僅住了两天一夜。儘管我和親友（仨個人）需要做禁食，在這裏的住宿經歷還是很好的。度假村的員工十分友好。儘管那時沒有其他顧客住在那，他們仍為我們準備了封齋飯。Amatoa度假村同樣有美麗的景色，讓人放鬆，還有很浪漫的景點。這種度假村很適合度蜜月。我們在下午可以看到丹絨比拉美麗的大海和澄澈的藍天，在夜晚可以看到晴朗璀璨的星空。
