The person at the front desk was very inexperienced

No manager to be found
Paid for our room on ******* and she went ahead and charged us too and then can’t figure out how to reverse it

Good hotel near hunting grounds.
Only complaints, hardly any water flow in sink, sticky white mess under the ice bucket, smokers congregating in front of main entrance.

No big complaints. Only problem I see is that the property seems a little bit understaffed. I’m not sure why they built two hotels right next to each other when it appears that they are struggling to keep them occupied. The owner better develop some quick marketing skills. Very nice staff and nice breakfast.

I liked that it was clean, friendly staff. Close location to everything we needed. Bed was not that comfortable but there’s no place like home. You guys did a great job, love the dove lotion, soap and shampoo you had availability if we needed it.
