I arrived later in the evening and was exhausted from a long day of travel, so when I went to collapse into bed, I was very disappointed that my king bed was markedly sagging in the middle. Due to my work schedule, I had little time to try to request a room change, and when I went to the lobby the next morning, all the computers were down and staff seemed flummoxed. When I left around 1pm for a meeting, I told the front desk person the cleaning staff could now clean my room, and his response was "Oh, they're totally booked, they won't be able to get to your room -- but maybe tomorrow." But my stay was only 2 nights, so I would be leaving "tomorrow." Unfortunately, it was definitely a below average stay.
