Business Resort Parkhotel Werth

Before i did reservation on this hotel i saw some bad reviews on tripadvisor but what i did I ignored i went to see the reviews on ***********. Some reviews were no sense, like insects on balcony on window looool that is totally normal the hotel has big garden around of building so it is normal, for example in my room i saw spider beside window which is normal if hotel as big garden around! The hotel yah is old style about decoration but is clean and organized. My opinion should keep the style in that way it is what make the difference. About hospitility for us everything was alright and nice and cleaning room service was good also! We didnt had chance to try the swimming pool (short staying our trip) but what we saw from outside it seems very nice. The idea of apples from garden of hotel as welcome seems very good idea and heathy! The apple looked very and tasty!

Very nice hotel.clean nice pool& gym very good service nice breakfast. We got a big room facing the pool very nice & comfortable room. Free parking but the hotel is a bit far from old city we took a bus it was very good. We recommend this hotel very much. Good value.

This is a "parkhotel" with reception that is supposed to be opened 7-22 (not clearly advertised before booking) This was limiting enough itself, however the reception was not occupied even after 7am as there was only one lady (very poor English) taking care of the breakfast and the reception. No chance to ask for taxi for 20min after 7am. I ended up knocking several doors and find out the lady was having a chat with other lady at the back. No chance to get an invoice. They took money from my pre-authorization card, not asking for any payment and refused to give me invoice as the system was showing it was already issued (was not). I gave them my email address as she promised to send it - have not received anything. Breakfast is only cold, no eggs, no kitchen in the hotel. This was a 155,- EUR/night stay in November 2021.

Un flashback nel passato, arredi e bagni in camere in puro stile anni70/80 + molto verde intorno + parcheggio comodo -il personale non saluta, non dice buongiorno, né alla reception né le cameriere ai piani e neanche arrivederci quando fai checkout -avevo una camera al 3piano, 2 giorni su 2 ascensore rotto -colazione da migliorare profondamente. Unica nota piacevole la signorina che serve alle colazioni, gentilissima, sorridente e si ricorda cosa ordini già al secondo giorno -l aeroporto li vicino impedisce di dormire con le finestre aperte, peccato essendo immerso nel verde Sicuramente in questo caso Per la decorazione less is more Per la colazione more is more

Hotel di categoria ben posizionato per fiera, ampi spazi e camere ben arredate, peccato che la pulizia del bagno lasciasse a desiderare e che il buffet della colazione fosse molto scarso. Con la prenotazione last minute e prezzo agevolato anche accettabile, ma se pagato a prezzo pieno conviene andare altrove.

Dejligt rummeligt værelse med helt nyt moderne badeværelse. Beliggende noget fra centrum. Ankom lidt sent men desværre ikke muligt at spise på hotellet. Ikke nemt at finde spisested i nærheden. Meget venligt personale i receptionen

Le service client est totalement absent. Suite à une réservation, me voilà contraint d'annuler mon voyage deux jours après une réservation sur booking. Je demande alors à l'établissement un remboursement d'une part de la réservation pour rendre la chambre libre. L'hôtel disposait de 2 mois et demi pour trouver un autre client et aurait pu m'offrir un remboursement d'une part (même 5% ce qui aurait représenté 100€ sur plus de 400 € jeté dans le vent). A ce prix là, c'est indécent de ne pas avoir de considération pour leur clientèle !!

Für einen kurzen Trip, war das Hotel in Ordnung. Es war etwas unpersönlich, aber sauber und man hatte alles was nötig war.

Buon albergo strategico per chi viaggia per lavoro. Camere spaziose e ben organizzate, molto pulite. Qualità del sonno elevata. Segnale TV buono e stabile. Segnale wifi nettamente da migliorare: stabile ma veramente poco potente. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione buona e varia. Tornerò
