One of the worst travel experiences we ever had. We were planning to stay at this hotel with our ten month old baby girl for three nights. The hotel clearly stated in its terms that a baby bed is available. To be really sure, we even contacted the hotel in advance and asked if there really is a baby bed available for our little one, which they confirmed in writing. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening (a check in at noon was not possible out of sudden although they told as that it will be possible), there was no baby bed available. What they presented as a „baby bed“ was a joke, as they were referring to a sleeping sofa (see picture); this was not acceptable at all as this would have been a real danger to our baby girl as she would have fallen out. Instead of apologizing and helping us to find a solution, they said we do not have to check in if we do not like it and were really rude. So we ended up having to book another hotel spontaneously at night, which was huge stress, especially for our baby girl. It got even better when we saw that the manager from the hotel claimed that we voluntarily did not check in and therefore charged us the full three nights. When we called him and tried to discuss the issue, he just hung up. We have never experienced something as unfriendly before, therefore we can NOT recommend at all to stay at this place.

Very disappointed with this apar**ent. First the positives - it is clean with a good bathroom and bedroom with two comfortable single beds and cosy duvets. Communocstion before we arrived was also good. The negatives. Roller shutters in the bedroom did not work. When we contacted the owner he said they had been broken 3 days earlier. You would expect to be told this in advance or when being welcomed at the apar**ent. Fortunately there were curtains in the room. Although there were some catering facilities there was no kettle.and no suitable cereal/pasta bowls. We also mentioned this to the owner and to be fair they were provided next day. One of the bedside lights did not work and surprisingly thete was no toilet paper provided in the bathroom. The owner did not respond to these. One of the many problems would be acceptable but taken together it shows a lack of care for the apar**ent and a disrespect towards the clients. The owner did not apologise for any of this - all he said was that he was sorry to learn that we were not happy.

Ho tentato di fare una prenotazione, purtroppo la maleducazione e l'arroganza del proprietario non ha permesso neanche di terminare la comunicazione. Avevamo l'intenzione di prenotare una camera matrimoniale per 4 notti. Mia madre abita dietro l'angolo del viale del hotel e l'intenzione era quella di lasciare il nostro figlio di quattro anni dalla nonna (come facciamo abitualmente quando soggiorniamo a Bolzano). Il proprietario ci ha chiesto se eravamo in due, io ho detto che probabilmente si ma forse ci sarebbe stato anche nostro figlio, stavo per spiegargli le nostre esigenze e non mi ha fatto neanche finire di parlare (gli stavo spiegando quanto scritto sopra) e mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia!!! Un hotel, non un call center! Non ci potevo credere. Ho richiamato subito e il "Signore" con modi così brutti mi ha chiesto se IL BAMBINO C'ERA O NON C'ERA E SE LO PRENDEVO AL MERCATO!!! diceva di avere 50 anni di esperienza... E mi ha messo giù il telefono! Senza parole...una situazione cosi assurda non mi era mai successa. Se semplicemente mi avesse fatto parlare avrei potuto spiegare le nostre esigenze. Forse 50 anni di esperienza non sono serviti a niente e probabilmente è l'ora di lasciare spazio a chi ha voglia di lavorare e sopratutto conosce l'educazione. Basta poco.

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist eigentlich geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 3 bis 4 Tagen. wir waren acht Tage dort und die Wohnung wurde kein einziges mal aufgeräumt geschweige denn geputzt, obwohl zwei mal darum gebeten wurde. die Küche ist leider auch sehr schlecht ausgestattet, wir mussten selbst Küchentücher einkaufen. Hier stimmt leider das Preis Leistungsverhältnis von vorn bis hinten nicht. 200 euro pro Nacht nur für Übernachtung zu dritt ist schon extrem teuer dafür dass es weder zentral noch sauber noch gut ausgestattet ist.
