I appreciate the kindness of the staff. Also I enjoyed the plants in the lobby sitting area. It feels like home. Very comfortable ambiance.

Nice and comfortable stay! We traveled during Storm Elliott, which impacted our scheduled trip, and the staff at Simple Suites were extremely understanding and considerate of our situation. They provided exceptional customer service and really treated us well. I highly recommend the Simple Suites at Boise Airport.

We checked in for an overnight stay and the room was clean and had what we needed.
My only complaint would be the room we had faced the parking lot of the other 2 hotels next to this one and the freeway behind that so there was some noise throughout the night that at times seemed excessive. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and the price couldn't be beat on this night!

Very nice hotel.
My only concern was that there wasn’t salted in the parking lot or on the sidewalk by the hotel, where it was very icy. Everything else was on point.
Hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

We booked a taxi for the airport at 5.00 am no taxi no back up we ran to the drive and ride in the sno at 5.20am got there real late they made last call plane was boarded and they let us on after running through the airport. Simply suites nice room , someone dropped the ball on our taxi at the front desk

Even for a short stay, it’s nice to have a fridge/freezer available and the stovetop was nicer for making tea than the standard dodgy coffee pot that we’ve all been warned against. Very convenient location, and much more comfortable beds than the concrete slabs at our last hotel. Elevator smelled of cigarettes, but the room did not. Could have done without the very loud woman cursing to someone on her burner phone (I know it was a burner phone because she said so. Loudly. With colorful language.) in the lobby when we checked in, but that’s nothing the hotel has control of.

The front desk when we checked in was friendly & helpful, made us feel welcome. Rooms have lots of space, clean & comfortable. Nice room at a good price.
