Hotel Santafe Suite

You usually get what you pay for but not here. The other reviews are true. Complete photo shop pics. I got the kitchenette room and the stove didn't work. A bunch of gas comes out that immediately fills room with gas smell but would not ignite; thank god actually as I felt the whole room would light up and get engulfed in flames. The refrigerator works at least but dirty. I had to wipe down handles so I didn't feel dirt when opening and closing door. Bathroom looked clean but I wiped the toilet and a bunch of dirt was cleaned off. Speaking of toilet, there is no seat so you can either sit on porcelain (which you have to clean or wipe yourself) or squat to go #2. Hot water does come out immediately which impressed me but no shower head so just stream of water. I got 2 beds and both were uncomfortable. One was too stiff and the other was short and out of shape. The area where hotel is, is right on the edge of the ****************** so you're not in the best or safest environment. If this is your thing, you'll feel at home. If not, you won't feel safe in the area at night.

Very central and conveniently situated. Room was cleaned daily. I wish the toilet had a seat but it had hot water ! Very basic room but undoubtedly a very good value considering cost, staff, location. I do recommend!

The hotel is clean, secure, and the staff is fine. It took a bit of time and effort to get things fixed. But, all was fine.

Se recibe por lo que se paga, buen servicio, aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con la llave de la ducha ya que le faltaba perilla del agua fría y me quemé un poco mientras intentaba abrirla con mis manos
