Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

Stay away. Hotel been floded and they still keep it operational! Floor on the corridor uneven, floor boards in room have been sanded to cover up the damage. Windows are left open on corridor to get it dry, you also get a nice smell of manure from the local fields. But show must go on. This supposed to be family resort, but you can smoke anywhere outdoors, next to the playground, on the playground, if that is not enough you have shisha bar next to the playground. Food is avarage. Local cuisine, cold meze, fruit ok rest is bland. You have basic food description cards on the buffet, would be nice to know at least which food is spicy. We came across smelly chicken and scrambled eggs, chef told me it is normal that eggs are smelly. Dirty and mouldy, definitely not 5 stars.

We visited this hotel in the middle of June for 12 nights as a family two young girls, myself and partner and 17 year old, on arrival at the hotel, the place looks amazing, lovely location, although it isn’t actually Belek as advertised, it’s like 15/20min in a taxi, we’ve had friendlier reception greetings to say the least, place is clean enough, our room was pretty clean, we where put in the back of the hotel and had to cross a bridge, to get to the main pool, not ideal but we could live in with it. The Pros Massive hotel with plenty to do. Every facility you’d need pretty much. Kids club was good for kids, they enjoyed it. Pools where warm and clean, me and kids loved the slides. Great water park facilities. Very good entertainment for all ages. Bar staff where really good couldn’t fault them. Our room was clean, hotel was spotless. Food was of good selection and quality, when you could get near it. The snack bars where good, some staff a little wired. The Cons The restaurant was the worst experience in all our lives, what a joke, total chaos, most nights we had to wait 15-20min to get seated even though we arrived in good time, the queuing was off the scale, impossible to get to everything, never again, poorly run and overcrowded, never seen this anywhere we have ever been that reason alone, I would not rerun to this hotel. Some of the restaurant staff are a joke, not sure who’s managing the staff but they want firing on the spot, first night we where there, we had grown men soon as your back is turned asking for our 17 year olds instagram, I told the waiter straight, they wait for you to not be near your kids and then try and approach them, really sickening and unprofessional behaviour, I caught one of the kitchen staff gesturing to himself and didn’t realise I was watching him, I shouted at him and he ran along like a scared little rat, I complained to gust relations before I ended up doing something silly, nice woman forget her name, she advised that the management will speak with the waiter, not good enough, the whole restaurant experience put a stain on the whole holiday and the hotel in general, I know things like this can happen here in Turkey, however this hotel and restaurant was beyond a joke, would never rerun and advise anyone with a family to stay well away, poor poor standard, you get better service and kids safer In McDonald’s. Take the poorly run service in restaurant and the creepy unprofessional waiters out of the equation and it would have been a very good experience, the kids had a good time as they are too young to know any different, they where happy with kids club, ice cream parlour and the pool. A lot of 5 star facilities with 3 star service, the bar staff where good though give them credit, entertainment was 5 star. A good holiday for the kids ruined by the attitudes of a few creepy restraint staff members.

Overall a nice sunny break in Turkey. We visited this hotel for 1 week in late october. Pros - big complex with plenty to do. Good water slides, arcade (extra charge), Ice cream parlour, two big swimming pools, beach access, entertainment team, live nighttime acts and kids club - good selection of foods that were nicely presented. Could make your own 3 course meal with what was on offer each night. Plenty of children’s choices, as well as traditional Turkish dishes such as baklava and stews. Food was replenished quickly too - overall staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of lifeguards especially by the water slides. - pretty complex with lots of seating areas and own shopping mall - plenty on local shops over the road with good prices. - plenty of pool chairs so I didn’t scrabble at 6am like other holidays. There was loads of choice of beds and parasols. Cons - shops on the complex were expensive with a vape being £22! We didn’t see anyone buy anything from the clothes shops at all. The poor staff in those shops looked bored to death - maids barely made an effort in the room. She did replenish the towels and throw a dirty mop around. One day, you could see her dirty footprints in the shower tray. Beds weren’t changed all week. Mini fridge was restocked twice even though this should have been daily. You needed to fully empty the fridge to have anything replaced. - the room wasn’t 5 star standard with the laminate floor bubbling and visibly coming up and moving under your feet when you walked on it. This could be from the maid’s dirty mop. - reception staff didn’t speak English and just referred you somewhere else. - some staff members are visibly just desperate for a tip and make it awkward. Every morning, one man would go around the pool area with a dirty rag and spray. Without asking, he would remove your items from your table and vigorously spray and scrub. This would last about 60 awkward seconds. Then he would stand there for the same amount of time waiting for a tip. The table wasn’t dirty in the first place. Although, this was entertaining to watch around the pool whilst others fell victim to his game! - the cocktails tasted awful - the Irish bar was a fantastic addition which actually looked like a pub. Unfortunately, it really really smelt bad in there and we couldn’t use it. My wife would even hold her breath whilst walking past it. It was either damp smell or stale beer on the floor. Overall we had a great holiday but we wouldn’t be returning and would like to try somewhere else next time. We believe a 4 star would reflect this hotel better.

Everything is amazing, food, stuff is very friendly and helpful, entertainment,resepshan is very helpful, guest relation always smile l came back again

This was one of the best vacations I have been to. First and foremost, the staff are incredibly helpful and nice, the food is great and amazing with a huge selection of courses and cuisines, the activities are well planned for children, teenagers and adults. I was thrilled and excited each day I spent there. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to visit Crystal Waterworld. It's a must live experience.

It is a very nice place to stay in Crystal Water World, and it is a great place to stay. Beautiful beds and furniture, a modern LCD, wardrobe, armchair, a balcony and a bathroom with a hairdryer.The infrastructure was great.The swimming pools were extraordinary.The various water slides were very high and everyone felt very happy.The food was delicious and very rich. The staff were very friendly.There was so much to do for all ages, including activities by the animation team: pool games, volleyball, aqua gym, table tennis, archery. The night shows were amazing. It was a very nice hotel.
