I was staying with a friend in a twin room for two nights, to visit a member of the Starlight Express cast, the Hotel is perfectly situated right next door to the Theatre. The Reception Staff were very welcoming and our room was esy to find, using a lift. The room itself was very clean, spacious and airy (it was a very hot weekend). Water (both Still & Sparkling), was provided. The bed was very comfortable and bedding crisp and clean. Bathroom was fine with a good Shower. Room would be improved by supplying Tea & Coffe making facilites and an extra mirror, as good mirrors in bathroom and one full ength on Bathroom door, but the room could de with another mirror in the main room, so that two people can get ready at the same time. The Breakfast was really good, with an excellent choice of Continental, with a smaller choice of cooked, but excellent all around and the Coffee was very good. The Courtyard area is a lovely area for coffee or a Cocktail and the restaurant staff were really friendly, professional, with all staff speaking English. I hope to be staying again next year- thank you very much team H!

I stayed at the hotel again, for the first time since Covid, as I was seeing Starlight Express which is right next door. The reception and dining room staff were extremely welcoming and all spoke English which was a great help for someone like me who is lacking in the German language! The bedroom itself was immaculate and breakfast and other meals excellent.

The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay.

Hotellet er fint, men lidt udenfor centrum.
Værelset lugtede gammelt, som om de ikke har kunnet få tidligere røg ud af tæpper og vægge. Men en meget behagelig seng og en god størrelse.
Sauna er meget lille, så det var godt ingen andre benyttede den.
Restauranten om aftenen er ikke speciel, der vil jeg anbefale den italienske i nærheden.
Morgenmaden er til gengæld rigtig fin.

Excellent accueil en plusieurs langues - chambre très confortable - étions venus en expo canine à Dortmund et nos chiens furent très bien accueils gamelles - grand coussin de repos à leur attention - un petit déjeuner exceptionnel - il y a de tout cela va saumon fumé en passant par tous les fromages et charcuteries - les crêpes - les petits pains de toutes sortes - des viennoiseries à n en plus finir - bref un buffet extraordinaire et très frais Nous y reviendrons c est certain

Super Hotel, super Personal, super Frühstück. Gute Zimmer mit bequeme Betten und Bad mit Dusche, etc. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und alles war kein Problem. Zimmer nur weniger Schritte von Rezeption und Tierfreunliche Staff. Restaurant hatte leider an dem Tag nur ein kleine Bistro Menu aber es reichte aus und wir haben gut gegessen. Sehr gut und preiswert. Direkt neben Starlight Express was für uns ideal war. Sehr große Stadtpark gegenüber für Gassi Runden und ein sehr gute Bäcker in die Nähe.
