Boca Plaza

The room was very clean and spacious enough. The hotel is a little dated but very reasonably priced and so central. I stay here often when I travel down for business.

My stay was amazing no issues what so ever and the cleaniness was perfection, definitely getting another room soon!

The room was average and pretty clean however tv was confusing basically using someone’s Roku account check in was ridiculous don’t understand why they find it necessary to take the hospitality out of the hospitality business after you book they send you a text link wanting you to do a self registration where they want your id your card picture the name of the guest who will be with you and their id the car you will be driving and the plate number I thought it was stupid but I filled it out 2 months in advance anyway then the day you are going to check in they text you the room number and a code for a lock box next to the door that by the way doesn’t work so had to still get a key from the lady at the desk when trying to get to the room the cleaning staff was taking up the whole walk way to get to the room and made it next to impossible to get to the room after a couple hours of being there I get a text saying upon check out please take your trash out before leaving this is supposed to be a vacation not take care of my house I paid for hospitality that they basically didn’t give next time I’ll just stay at the Walmart self check lanes

Power went out and the front desk person was verbally violent. I had to leave the premises at 4 am for my safety

I enjoyed my stay it was nice, love that theres a hot tub onsite, it was very relaxing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. Only thing is there was a live band playjng there, the music was so loud(it sounded like it was a block party) i had to turn the volume up on my tv to hear it

Very poor water pressure in the shower. Room had a mildewy smell. Stayed there a week, room was not cleaned or visited by housekeeping once. When I arrived, there was dirt and hair on the floor.

They checked us in 2 hours after check-in time. We got to the room and the bedding was dirty and the sink was leaking. They fixed it all very fast. The pool was nice and the pool bar was small but fun. Don’t think I would return but for the price it was fair.

They started to clean the property as we were leaving. It was very dirty and overgrown when we arrived. No staff to tell where the room is. Some key coders don’t work. No ice machine in the outlying building. Shady people in the back of the outlying building.

the concept of an efficiency room hotel is good the entire property is in need rf a facelift. the outdoor corridors are in disrepair. the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite.
