We got in at 2:00 am. I called the hotel twice about our late arrival, and when we got to the desk, the woman on duty could not have been less interested in checking us in. We were still sitting the lobby waiting at 2:22 am because a) she advised that she has started “her audit”(?) and we had to wait for the computer and b) she also said that because we got in so late the system thought we were a no show. She mumbled all of this and then just let us sit there without any explanation or understanding. I also heard the manager complaining the next morning that customers were annoying because they showed up for breakfast close to the close of bfast hours. I don’t know if hospitality is the right industry for some of the staff here. And don’t get me started about the lack of shuttle after hours. Stay elsewhere
