乾淨又衞生，房間很大，早餐人多

We got in at 2:00 am. I called the hotel twice about our late arrival, and when we got to the desk, the woman on duty could not have been less interested in checking us in. We were still sitting the lobby waiting at 2:22 am because a) she advised that she has started “her audit”(?) and we had to wait for the computer and b) she also said that because we got in so late the system thought we were a no show. She mumbled all of this and then just let us sit there without any explanation or understanding. I also heard the manager complaining the next morning that customers were annoying because they showed up for breakfast close to the close of bfast hours. I don’t know if hospitality is the right industry for some of the staff here. And don’t get me started about the lack of shuttle after hours. Stay elsewhere

Wow where to begin…. Garbage all over outside the building and in the parking lot. Came in towards the front desk and the lady working the front desk I’m hoping was at the end of her shift and must have been a long one because she was less then polite and no welcoming at all. Very short and more worried about her phone and the guy she was talking with sitting at the bar. She claimed the pool was open until 10pm (which is why we came there so the kids could swim) We got to the room and found 2 beds smaller then a full size but bigger then a twin size. We asked for 2 queens! Other than that the room was fine. We went down to swim and found the pool was closed and drained!! What the hell! Now had to deal with crying kids because we could not swim! Thanks a lot Hyatt. The night went fine other then dealing with a bed that’s way to small to share. Woke up early to catch a flight to start the vacation. I went down to check out but no one behind the counter. Just a young couple waiting in the lobby with their luggage and a person sitting at the bar eating and drinking while watching videos on their phone. I waited at the front desk then walked all over looking for someone. I checked in the back even calling out for anyone. I did the same in the staff kitchen area and laundry area still no one. I called the front desk and the person stuffing their face finally answered… are you kidding! While talking with them they wouldn’t stop looking at their phone. I will never stay here again

Property is located close to the airport only about a 5 minute shuttle ride either way. Shuttle service was very good. Nice clean hotel with decent services such as a small bar and food service (menu is limited but was still enough to choose from for a late evening arrival).

Loved our room. Beautiful with two separate areas. The reason for the four stars not five is there is truly not a restaurant there. The limited bar food was less than we expected

Highway noise but nothing you can do about that. Should run shuttles every 30 minutes during peak times like 5:00 am-9:00 Am

Rooms are good and clean. Parking is terrible. Pool was heavily over chlorinated that is burned our skin literally was red and burning. If you use the pull out bed mattress is very thin you feel the bars of the frame. Staff was nice.

We arrived after 11 and the door was locked for the evening. Evein was on duty. Right there to open the door and get me checked in. Very helpful very courteous, very nice lady. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely no parking. Told us to park in fire zones or the grass. How about we cut off the park and fly a little? Phone in room didn’t work. Remote didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Paid $6 for a salad that didn’t come with dressing. Won’t be back to this one
