Maybe I should have read reviews first but I’ll start by saying the front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Dislikes were the hairs found on the bed and towels in the bathroom, there was a spot on our floor in front of a bed that clearly had water damage, the bathroom is so small that the door almost hits the toilet, the pool was advertised as indoor heated pool giving the impression the pool would be warm and it wasn’t, and the pillows and linens were very uncomfortable. To top all of that off you have to pay to park at a hotel you paid 200 to stay at for a night.

Very clean, and the room was nice. Staff friendly and very helpful when it came to parking and getting shuttle service to the airport. We have to leave early, so we will be missing breakfast. We were looking forward to eating before the 6 hour plane ride. We enjoyed our stay!

Not one to write reviews typically but wasn’t very happy with our stay. First off, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was so the kids could swim. The pictures of the pool are deceiving and it was poorly maintained. The pool heater wasn’t functioning so it was freezing cold. When discussing this with the front desk, all I got was sorry and they are aware of the issue. Then while leaving, I had a ticket on my front window stating I need to pay $10 a night for parking. Nobody said anything about this during check in or check out. One would think if you are staying at the hotel that parking would be included. This isn’t even a hotel that’s downtown. Just guessing they are having financial issues and one way to squeeze a little more money out of their customers.

Convenient location to Mall of America, and Airport. Bathroom doors are tight to fixtures. Should be outswinging or not 3-0 wide if possible.

After a 8 hour drive from St. Louis, MO, this was the absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! The staff was one of a kind ! My entire experience was overall 10/10 across the board. The pool was super cold but would feel amazing once warmer weather comes about. I would like to personally thank all hotel staff that worked this weekend. You guys keep it up ! I’ll be back every time I visit MN !

Parking fee for surface lot as a guest of hotel? No reimbursement for one night when checking out a day early. Breakfast as poor, not much effort put into it.

Rooms felt old. Pool was freezing cold. Not a lot of places to sit for breakfast or for team mates eating together. Had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot.

We booked a room thinking that we would get breakfast however they only serve breakfast at 7:00 Hello, you are close to an airport. Breakfast should be served at 6:00 at the latest!
