The front desk staff in check out was awful, tried to book another room for another date and he was rude and ended up telling me to leave and nobody wants me there.

Parking here is horrible. A third party owns the lot and by the looks of it rents most of the spaces out to used car dealership is my guess. I paid for parking and left to get some snacks and there was no space left for me to park. I had to park in another lot by the businesses next door. The lobby was packed with people trying to check in for hours. Once I was checked in it was difficult to squeeze through the line to get back to the elevator. I stayed 2 nights and didn't get housekeeping service between nights either. I would not recommend staying here.

I love the cleanliness and the area of the hotel. It's convenient to the mall and Walmart and the employees are very helpful and nice. Will stay again on next visit.

Only one front desk worker, the heater wasn't working in our room, an hour and another trip down to the front desk for help, then had to change rooms at 9:30 pm!!! Also had to pay EXTRA for parking with NO valet parking. The sidewalk was NOT shoveled so it was VERY slippery!!!

This was bad all around. There was no parking available anywhere. Check in took 35 minutes and our room key didn’t work. They were understaffed and incompetent. Very disappointing.

Very nice property!!! Rooms are very nice and the lobby is all new and modern! Nice bar downstairs. Didn't try the breakfast as we left for our flight real early. The only slight inconvenience is there's verrry little parking because they allow people to leave their cars there ($10/day) while they're on vacation. BUT you can park in the restaurant lot next to the hotel which was very nice. Will definitely stay again if in town.
