The check in process was one of the lengthiest I have ever had. Also, they required a $200 deposit PER NIGHT on my credit card. The hallways and public areas were dirty- including the breakfast area. The elevator was broken on the second night of our stay. When we asked for towels at 7:30 AM, the hotel staff said we could not get them until housekeeping was in at 8:30 AM, however; we had somewhere we needed to be before then. I would not stay at this property again.

Checking in took FOREVER. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or what but we seriously waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Rooms were fine for the price. Breakfast was your typical mediocre hotel breakfast. The pool was great. Especially the little kid part. Our toddler had a blast playing in that part. I’d definitely stay again just to take my little kids to that pool.

Hotel was family friendly. Quiet and comfortable! We enjoyed our little get a way. Pool area is nice and well kept. They have a shuttle for the Mall of America.

Not only was I not informed when checking in that I would be charged a $200 but that both the deposit and the 3 night stay amount would be charged immediately. The lack of service is also a huge blow, we tried calling the front desk for over 30 minutes to get more towels and a plunger for our toliet. The front desk personnel had taken the phone off the hook so they wouldn’t have to answer any calls coming in and when my husband stated that he was trying to get ahold of them no apologies or explanation was provided. The free breakfast was ok, but the last day of our stay as we were getting in line a mouse ran up the leg of the buffet table and back into the cupboard. We lost our appetite and left. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think I will ever come back to this hotel.

Second time at this hotel. Loved the stay, only suggestion was when I shared how the mattress had a big sinking part nothing got done on day two of our three night stay . Kids had a great time, loved our shuttle drivers, all super helpful and friendly.

Family friendly space, walking distance to MOA via skylight and a bus available as well. Our bus driver was so nice and friendly! My son really enjoyed talking to her. Pool was fun! Breakfast ok, nothing special but not bad! Room was pretty clean but found past guest shirt under sink,

They checked me into my room at 4:45 pm and the room was not cleaned. No sheets on beds, no towels and there was garbage all over the floor.
