Awesome B & B! Breakfasts were all three superb and each different. Quiet area but situated close to everything we wanted to visit. Our room was excellent and filled with delectable treats, which was a pleasant surprise. Nothing at all negative to report.

Dena is by far the best bed and breakfast host! The Caldwell house was an amazing get away after we got married to unwind and just relax. Not only was she a great host, she made an amazing breakfast as well. My husband and I really enjoyed the conversations as well.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Dena was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The house was beautiful and clean. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed the apple pie when we arrived and the beverage station. There is a good Irish pub within walking distance. The breakfasts at the inn were fantastic. We would love to stay here again.

We recently stayed at The Caldwell House along with our sons entire wedding party. It was perfect! The food was delicious, the rooms were so cozy and comfortable. Dena and her staff are excellent, down to earth people. I would highly recommend this bed & breakfast.

We were in town to celebrate my son's wedding. Everything was top notch. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We were provided a nice breakfast every morning of our stay. A beautiful peaceful bridal suite was provided for us to prepare hair and make-up in. Will definitely be returning.

Very comfortable room. Lots of amenities.Excellent breakfasts. Dena very responsive to guests needs. Trip advisor says I have to use at least 200 characters. I thought I described it well in 100 characters. This is a great place to stay and relax.

While the inside of the main house was clean and the room adequate; we were surprised to find ourselves to be the only guests. From previous experiences with B&B's we would have hoped for an upgrade of our room. We found the outside amenities less than acceptable, The outside furniture cushions were all dirty and covered in mold - unable to use them. The landscaping was overgrown and neglected. Hanging baskets of flowers dry and unkept. The walkways were covered in moss and tricky to navigate. Finally, the microwaved breakfasts were much less tastey than the photos of food we saw on the website. Overall we would not recommend this B&B - we never met the innkeeper - would have shared our concerns at the time if we had the opportunity.

The owner, Dena was so helpful over the phone and recommended we rent all three rooms in the Carriage House for our family visit: Trophy Point, Vineyard, & Storm King. It was like having our own getaway cottage all to ourselves. Large, well stocked bathrooms and a gas fireplace in each room. All were spotlessly clean. Nice kitchen on ground floor with full sized refrigerator, coffee and tea, microwave. Different and delicious breakfast each morning with friendly helpful staff. So much to see within a short drive: Storm King, DIA, Mohonk Preserve, West Point, and more- we'll be back for another visit.
