I am extremely disappointed and bad experience here with the hotel receptionist, they are racist.
I and my partner are Malaysian Chinese , We arrived at the hotel 4 hours earlier than the check in schedule, So I asked both of the staff if they could help us store our luggage so that we could get out for lunch without carrying the heavy baggage. But they said the storage room is full, there is no room for our luggage. With no choice, so we decided to carry our luggage out from the lobby, At about the same time, three white guests entered the front desk to ask for early check-in and to store their luggage if possible. What's incredible is that they have room to store their luggage, which really upset me. So we pulled our luggage to the staff in front of their guest and said that we wanted to store our luggage. Finally, they gave me a very sarcastic smile and said, "Would you like to store your baggage as well?"
If we are not welcome, pls do not accept the global booking!
