I stay here twice a year when I travel to Texas and it never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and courteous and the rooms are always clean. I've tried other hotels/motels in the area but they didn't compare.

The staff was great. They responded quickly and I appreciated that. The room itself was disappointing. We stayed in the remodeled part, but upon walking in there were two large cracks in the wall, the phone was dirty with what appeared to be dried hot chocolate, the shower initially didn’t work, the room was dusty in areas, and the fridge didn’t work.

Great place to stay along the way. Comfortable and friendly. The BBQ in Blackwell is a great choice for dinner if you are looking for someone besides all the chain options out by the freeway.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate but shower curtain did not fit the area and last hole for rod was torn. Bath towels were thin.
Breakfast was just OK.

This is the second time I have stayed here and will return again. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is absolutely wonderful.

Bed not as comfortable as we usually get with this hotel chain. Great front desk service. Much preferred the sausage gravy they used to serve for breakfast as well. Overall, happy with the stay for the price.

This is my go to when I travel to my daughter's in Texas. It's always clean, the staff are always friendly and hlepful abd it has gas and restaurants nearby. Ive tried other hotels in the area and found them to be subpar compared to this Sure Stay.
