we have been to this hotel last year and wasn't the best due to previous hotel managers but heard from friends that it was under new management so thought would give it a try again and was very pleased with the changes the new manager has done to it he does most of it on his own and a very nice polite man apart from being a Liverpool fan lol the rooms are decent size for the prices and bar and games room reasonable prices will defiantly be staying again for what he deals with he needs a pay rise keep up the good work

Just home from a three night stay as we haven’t visited Blackpool in over 10 yrs! Just read some negative reviews and think they have stopped in a different Hotel. Granted, the Hotel is dated and our room 301 hadn’t been refurbished but comfortable & clean. Food was very good and always spoiled for choice. Leisure pool was a great option on the rainy morning with the evening entertainment being as good as we had heard. We were lucky with the weather for 2 1/2 days and walked the prom, Tower in 25 mins and the Pleasure Beach in under an hour. Tram Stop outside the Hotel. Limited parking at the Hotel but plenty space on adjoining streets. The Kids club looked good and was busy so kids must enjoy it, have told the family that this is a great family hotel to try. Impressed with Blackpool Prom, the regeneration is impressive and modern with the Penny Arcade, Ice-cream parlours Kiss me quick hats etc that is Blackpool and of course, the Tower..! Went to Viva Blackpool, great show.. Already planning our next trip to the Cliff’s..!

After booking I read the reviews and panicked a little but still went anyway and I don't know what they are taking about. I was checked in by a young lady who also opened the bar for us as well before we went out for the evening, her mother did also check with us that everything was OK upstairs. Which made us feel welcome and their puppies are adorable dachshunds and friendly. The room had a sink in which I wasn't expecting after knowing it was a shared bathroom, but found out while I was there that they have en suite rooms as well. The TV was a little low but your not there to watch TV but to go and enjoy what Blackpool has to offer. Tried the continental breakfast which we were surprised. Different pastries, bread roll, selection of jams, yogurts, fruit and various cereals, we were definitely full afterwards. Definitely coming back and already booked directly which gave me a discount as well.

Lynda and Petra are wonderful hosts, they made me feel like I was at home and they were genuinely interested in what I was doing. Everything was easy, no fuss whatsoever. They cook a great breakfast. The room is comfortable and spacious with good amenities (kettle and tea/coffee, TV, towels, tissues, wall hooks for clothes, plenty of drawer space). Very clean. In other locations I've paid over twice as much for a room half the size. Outstanding value for money. The location was perfect for me, as I was attending an event at the Imperial Hotel a minute's walk away, but it is a little far away (10-15 minute walk) from the train station and the Tower/Pleasure Beach area. I ate at two great restaurants a very short walk away and I'm sure there are plenty of others.

We booked two room for myself my boys and my mum for a stay last week. The hotel is very clean, the young girl who runs it was so lovely always having a chat with us and asking what we had been doing and even recommending things to do. We had to be out of our rooms by ten, but she allowed us to leave all our cases behind so we could go out for the day and she had them moved out of our rooms and downstairs for us. She also cooks the burgers on site there is a huge selection we had them one night and can honestly say was the best burger and chips we have ever had even if you are not staying here i believe she sells to public on certain nights of the week well worth it. We exhausted Blackpool and probably wont go back as we done it all but if ever we did we would stay here again.

We paid £46 for the night so knew we wouldn’t be getting five star. Good points The staff were friendly Free parking Clean bedding and towels Cheap rate Right opposite tram Bad points Rooms need renovating badly Window didn’t close properly Bedroom door lock was a bit dodgy The hotel is a good few miles from the main ***** but the tram gets you there handy. You can walk if it’s nice and you don’t mind it but would take around an hour walk from the pier Hope this is helpful - to summarise if you’re going for a quick night and don’t mind a cheap and cheerful room go for it, if you’re expecting luxury spend more

We booked for 2 nights and 3 days, family room with 3 days internet, early check in and late check out. Simeon and Tracey made our stay excellent, from checking us in slightly earlier, to trying to sort out your rubbish Internet (help line is never answered and when purchasing it doesn't say 2 devices only and doesnt allow you to change those 2 devices or pay to add more - this would have been a 1 star) to providing bed time milk, to keeping my autistic son entertained. Nothing was too much trouble. Both staff should be commended for their dedication to their job. Will definitely book next year, the room, though basic was clean with a comfy bed. The fan could do with a longer plug as it doesn't reach the bed as the only 2 plugs are by the kettle (there are USB ports by the bed though). Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. 😋 Thank you for a great stay.
