Food good entertainment very good hotel clean staff good rooms kept clean staff very helpful special mention to Daniel for his help in any problems to be coming up only minus the free bar 8 to 10 having to bring your glass back to get another drink after paying a supplement for this service

What can I say about the Craig y don Blackpool,, one million things and they are all good ,from the top of the staff to the bottom they are just simply thee best ,Laura iv said it before and will do again your staff are a credit to you ,,this hotel has it all that is why we return a few times each year,,spotlessly clean,, inviting,friendly, homely,and about to soon become much larger due to refurbishment and extension ,, can't wait to see it all come together ,, Entertainment at this great place is second to none, by far ma favourite and also good friend is a talented brilliant singer/entertainer Ant Oliver a regular here and many other places too ,,and lastly but not leastly is my all time favourite and personal friend Mr Craig y Don himself Mr Neil Musgrove ,not only a great manager,compere, multi talented all round Genuine guy who looks after everyone with care and compassion and most of all love ,this man is just simply thee best and I love him dearly ,so roll in to my next stay at the Craig y don,a place I class as a second home

We have been here a few times but this time the a**osphere was different. Whether it's the stress of taking on the hotel next door or not we don't know, not sure if we will go back for a while. The staff we can pick out as outstanding are Nick, Michael, Dylan and the guy who had braids in his hair (apologies for not getting your name), they made us feel welcome as the others did not seem to have time for you. We booked as a group but were split up in the dining room and the same with the rooms. Yes we filled in the online check in forms in everyone's own name but each had a booking reference on which would have referenced them back to the group (or you would have thought so.) There wasn't really enough seats for the nightly entertainment as they can come in from the hotel next door. The food was okay but you get what you pay for.

Had five lovely days at this hotel cathy and myself enjoyed every minute of it lovely staff and manager rooms lovely and clean food also very good will be back cathy and sue from the isle of man thank you for a lovely holiday nice staff had a ball 😀

Well what can I say about the Craig-y-don Hotel!! Only that it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Blackpool🗼. Neil and all his team were truly amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a fantastic one. We were made to feel very welcome on arriving all the way through to our last day (which we didn't want to leave). Monica our maid was so lovely, she came to our room daily to clean and provide fresh linen and towels always had a smile on her face. The room was so spacious and clean. The waiters and waitresses all did an amazing job assisting us at meal times. Food was also lovely. The Entertainment at night was brilliant especially Bonnie! Bingo every night too which my daughter won twice 🥰. Met some really lovely people who were also staying there that were regulars to the Craig-y-don . Overall this hotel is amazing and if your looking for a fantastic friendly clean place to stay with great night time Entertainment, then this is your hotel. ⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️ Well done To you all, From the Vickers family Xx

Our first stay here, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well presented, breakfast was a buffet in a spacious restaurant, we will certainly book again in the near future.................................

Would not stay anywhere else come twice a year with my friend. The staff are lovely cant do enough for you. Food is good and rooms are very clean. Cant wait to come back again. Neil on reception is a lovely man and everyone in dining room so helpfull.

We had originally booked the room through an online platform who then cancelled the booking . On contacting the hotel the receptionist was extremely helpful and said that the hotel hadn’t cancelled the room and it was still booked on their system . I would recommend booking directly with the hotel as price was the same price as online platforms . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was very good and the hotel was spotless throughout . Comfortable beds and great value for money .

Stayed originally for 3 nights , then a extra night because we were having such a good trip. Food was good, hotel was very clean. Entertainment was excellent. Special thanks to staff Neil , Nick and algerian barman mocky ( not sure of spelling)
