Just got back from a few days stay over the New Year. Our rooms were lovely, clean, tidy, slept like a log in my peaceful comfy bed. Then had such an amazing breakfast , our hosts were outstanding couldn’t do enough for you. Just in the process of booking again can’t to experience it all again

A very warm welcome, made us feel right at hi in this beautifully decorated hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was probably the best we've had at any hotel! The location was unbeatable too, easy to reach all the main attractions. We can't wait to stay here again.

Our 2nd stay in this cosy hotel. Graham the host was very friendly and helpfull. Took our cases upstairs rang us taxies etc. The beds are so comfy and the room nice and warm. Plenty tea and coffee and the little toiletries a bonus. Breakfast is included and totally delish. Nothing to disapoint in this hotel. Thankyou.

We had a lovely stay at The Rockley, the owners were very friendly and helpful with getting around. It’s a great spot for lots of town centre attractions and the breakfast was spot on. Thanks you for a lovely stay and will hopefully see you again soon. Thanks, Darren, leayne & the lads.

Beds very comfortable , very welcoming and willing to help in any way , nothing was too much trouble Good Breakfast and choice Very close to amenities ,only a couple of minutes walk to the shopping centre and tower etc Good weekend break Very satisfied

Friendly greeting from the owner with a rundown of how to get in after 11pm as you need a code to get in. Room reasonable for the price you pay plus a nice breakfast and a fond farewell on departure. What's not to like? It's near to the tower and all the fun of the fair.

If you want a cosy bed with a great breakfast close to the Tower and Winter Gardens I recommend here. I was travelling alone to watch friends dance all day so didn’t want to spend lots of money on luxury I’d not really use. Graham couldn’t have looked after me better. The choice for breakfast set me up for the day and the price was exceptional.

Room was exactly what we needed for a couple of nights in Blackpool, clean, tidy, and comfy. Very close to all the attractions that Blackpool has to offer, so was quick to get back and forth from the hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. There was ample parking at the end of the street behind Coral Island, and if you're lucky, you can get parked on the street outside the hotel.

Clean comfortable room with tea and coffee making facility, host was welcoming and informative and excellent breakfast with a choice of juices, cereal, fruit, toast and full English, l would recommend staying here as I couldn't fault it.
