We were 3 ladies having Sunday lunch.. an early birthday celebration. We were served excellent food and wine.. in a perfect setting.. we had really good attentive service.. it was exceptionally good value for money.. what more can I say?10/10*****

Well worth a visit. Stunning building next to a chateau. Good welcome by owner and shown to a comfortable room overlooking the pool and outside restaurant. Classic French style that is sadly disappearing with outside terrace to have dinner and a good breakfast in the dining room. Handy pool to use for a relaxing few hours. Good car parking.

My husband and i had the pleasure of having lunch at the restaurant Sunday June 12th. The food was great and beautifully presented. The service was wonderful and we were able to take our time and choose our plates. I highly recommend La Bastide Cabezac to anybody who love great food and service. We will definitely be back. One small note, we had booked the special offer but was charged the full price. 39.90 versus 33.00 per person. Not a big deal but when you send out an offer you should honor it.

A very quaint hotel on the outskirts of a couple of small villages in the heart on the Minervois wine region. Super friendly and very helpful staff and the comfiest bed I've slept in for a long while. It does sit next to a reasonably busy road, which may bother some people but it didn't bother or disturb me in any way. The food was good although we only ate one meal as I like to try different places each evening to get a feel for the general area.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff are beyond fabulous - so friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with a 9 month old baby and they were great with her. The accommodation itself is fantastic for the price - spacious, nicely decorated rooms with plenty of storage and all the amenities you need (good air conditioning, hair dryer). I loved that our room (room 10) had lots of mirrors - made getting ready very easy! The pool is lovely and very clean, and the poolside loungers are very comfy. Breakfast is quite expensive for what it is (continental selection, pre ordered the night before) but the food itself is nice. We would definitely return here if we were in the area again. The only point to note is that check in is not until 4pm and the hotel was actually closed up at midday when we arrived - we had to wait in the car which wasn’t ideal. We had tried to organise early check in through our *********** booking but it didn’t work. The staff were incredibly apologetic and said we should have contacted them directly - do that if you are going to be early!!

What a beautiful hotel. The food was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. The family that run this hotel are friendly, lovely and extremely accommodating. The hospitality was excellent. 5 stars, highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I was part of a group of nine people that stayed for two nights at the La Bastide Cabezac Hotel at the end of May 2022 prior to joining a wedding at a nearby chateau. The group's ages ranged from 12 to 82 years old and was split across into 4 separate rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities there were first class, everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of onsite parking and lovely swimming pool. The food there was superb, we stayed for evening meals on both nights we were there and the hotel offered a good range of meals at reasonable prices. Everybody enjoyed their meals, and the breakfast they provided was also superb. They gave a choice of about 20 breakfast items and everything was fresh and delicious. Even more impressive than the facilities and the food was the service provided by the owners. They could not do enough for us, they spoke excellent English and were super friendly throughout our stay. All of our party said they gave the best hotel service they had received in their lives and 5 of us are well travelled over 55s. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel in this area, look no further than La Bastide Cabezac Hotel. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the owners for making our stay so enjoyable. Regards Carl

Restaurant correct pour ce qui est du menu sauf pour au moins certains des desserts, ceux que nous avons goutés mon mari et moi,. qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on ai en droit d'attendre. Quant au service et au comportement incorrect des serveur, c'est lamentable !Du jamais vu au cours de notre longue vie et de décennies de fréquentation de restaurants. Alors que nous faisions remarqué, très gentiment que le vin piquait un peu, le serveur a démenti et sait permis de nous dire qu'il n'était simplement pas à notre goût. Quant aux profiteroles que j'avais choisis parce que le serveur m'avait assuré que le chocolat serait chaud comme il se doit, quand j'ai signalé qu'il était froid, un fois de plus les deux serveurs m'ont affirmé que c'était faux car il était chauffé au bain mari m'amenant à table la casserole chaude, pour me le faire constater. Je suppose que les serveurs étant débordés, mon assiette à dessert était restée en souffrance dans un coin, avant d'arriver sur la table. Toujours est-il que le vin piquait et que le chocolat est arrivé froid sur la table et qu'on ne répond pas ainsi à des clients sinon il est préférable de faire un autre métier...

Très bon accueil, le personnel est attentionné et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner était vraiment très bon, je recommande si vous êtes de passage Les chambres sont spacieuses et le couchage de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque rien
