Hotel possui um restaurante bom, o que facilita tudo pois na cidade tem poucas opções e horário restrito. Quarto limpo e cama confortável.
Quarto não tem frigobar e o acesso aos quarto é pela escada.

I had stayed here early July and it seemed like a nice place but I had arrived too late for dinner. So I wanted to return with my husband to enjoy a stay with dinner here. Yesterday morning I reserved a room online quite excited about our stay. I showed my husband the reviews and I said the restaurant looks amazing. 30 minutes after my non cancellation online booking I received an email to say the restaurant and reception was closed on the evening of visit but I was given instructions on how to gain entry to the hotel. Unfortunately I was stuck with this reservation and very disappointed regarding the restaurant and bar closure. I spoke to a member of staff later in the building who said it wasn’t worth opening the restaurant for only a few residents today! BE AWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY HERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SATISFACTION FOR GUESTS! I sent them an email regarding my disappointment but their response was insufficient staff which was incorrect its really about maximising profit. If I could have got a refund after my booking I would have booked elsewhere.

Clean and has air con. Not particularly friendly though young girl was. The bar man was curt and unhelpful. Whoa be tide you if you go to the pool with a hotel towel or after the swim you walk through the hotel with a drip!
Went out to dinner and returned by 2210 and barman refused drinks and said he was clearing up and closed.
I wouldn’t book again

This was a great hotel! Room was large and airy.The bathroom looked new or at least well kept. They had free parking, many of the spots had charging stations, it was a bit tight for a larger car, but we managed to find a spot. The restaurant was lovely, offering a large selection of foods. Staff was very friendly.

Check in was not so good. We arrived around 14:00, there was no one at the reception. There was a message indicated that we can call someone. We phoned twice and waited 20 mins, regrettably no one showed up or returned the call. This was rather disappointing!!!

Gillian amazing guy. Cannot do enough for you. Beautiful hotel, great food, contemporary feel. Prepared to go above and beyond. The hotel is in transition however, does not take away the warmth and joy of an overnight stay. Would definitely recommend..

The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to Colmar, which cost us 17 euros. Service was great during check in and the restaurant was also a good. Overall a well priced hotel for the area.

We had a great stat of 2 nights in this very quite and equipped hotel very close to Colmar. Rooms are modern with moden furnitures and bathroom. Breakfast is composed by a very wide buffet with continentsl stuffs. Next time I will test also the sauna!
