The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

Bert was lovely at breakfast! Really friendly and helpful, he made sure we were well looked after by letting us know each time the food was restocked and check that all was okay with our food :))) everything was clean and fresh too, can’t fault it :)

I would recommend this hotel to anyone very clean and pleasant staff it was near to the town centre and loads of shops near by

Very convenient location and nice clean comfortable rooms. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Bert and Shanaz who were especially nice and friendly and provided a great service over breakfast, will definitely look to book again the next time we visit Birmingham.

Friendliest, most helpful staff. Shout-out to Bert in the restaurant - nothing was too much trouble. We asked if there were pancakes for my daughter. He arranged for some to be cooked for her and delivered them to our table. Great location for Utilita arena.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Late check-in was no issue. The room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials and a comfy bed. Location is perfect about a 10 min walk from Birmingham center. Overall had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Birmingham.
