Pushed out of our room before 11am, after house keeping knocking two separate times and getting a phone call to the room. I didn’t pay nearly $200 for a dusty room and a TV that barely works just for you to push me out before check out time. Won’t be back.

Unbearable smell throughout room and property, carpets and furniture should have been replaced years ago, cleanliness disgusting, hair on towels and sheets, bed end tables had oily stains, pillows so old they smelled through the pillow cases, bottled water only available if you have single dollar bills, no ATM on property, front desk did not have bottled water, barely slept at all

We've stayed at this property for our anniversary for the last 5 or so years. We always stay in a one bedroom suite, it's very roomy and makes down time between shopping and eating, comfortable and relaxing. The staff has always been friendly and if theres an issue they take care of it qickly.

When we arrived it was rather late in the evening. I had to go back and ask for plastic silverware because we had brought supper in and was not given any. The lady at the desk told me that the silverware and napkins was only for breakfast and she could not give us any. I realize this was very minor however its hospitality. The next night we were trying to get a coke and 2 out 3 machines was not taking dollar bills and we had to go back to the front desk.

The front desk lady was very rude when we came in to check in. She wasn’t helpful at all did not tell us where to go to get to the 3rd floor she was very rude when we told her our last names for check in. She seemed to hate her job. We had 4 rooms and 3 of them were dirty very poorly taken care of. Do not recommend and will not come back to this hotel.

The staff was awesome except for the last night when I went to the receptionist and they hadn’t taken the garbage that I stuck outside my door and I asked him if they could send somebody to come get it and they told me to bring it down and I felt that was not my position because I don’t work for them
