Sakuntala Village Resort

One of the worst resort i had ever stayed in the room couple of rats were chasing each other, poor service, lots of bugs in their pillow as well as in bed, midnight just front of the door whole night dogs were barking. Better to stay away from this resort

The room was not correct. I have selected with balcony i got without balcony. The room was smelling bad. Having bugs in the bed. Toilets was smelling bad.

In a place like bolpur, shakuntala is definitely a good place to stay with since its in the heart of sona jhuri haat. However, they need to work on their services. You need to wait for long like around 1hour after ordering food. Moreover, their food quality deteriorated as compared to past. Cleanliness is also average.

Worst hotel, booked super delux t ripple bed room, got a small room with 2 beds, 1 bed's mattress very hard, could not sleep at night, cannot feel what is the difference between delux and super delux, would not recommend this hotel to families with children, kindly stay

The service is so poor, so poor. Food is very bad. Hygiene is very bad in room. Will not recommend to any one

Property location was good, but service was pathetic. The room we booked on line was pathetic, having damp smell, dirty, small, not a singlr wadtobe inside. Room no was 37. The moment we entered reception area manager told we are giving you 2 keys check both the room, the room you booked is not up to the mark, so it is better to upgrade. After seeing that room we too found it is pathetic, and staying in that room isinpossible. Further we had upgrade the room by paying 1500 cash. And our roomno was 56. Manager was not ready to take creditcard ot phone pe. Night we placed dinner order at 7. 30 pmand dinner recieved at 11 pm after repeated follow up. No tea cofee sachet was in the room. Toilet comode was dirty. Now coming to mornong breakfast, bolied egg was having pungent smell, wanted to replace it. They refused. While making the payment i informed manager in re eption about the entire pathetic ecperience. After paying 6100- for 6th july 5. 30 pm tp 7th july 11 am, did not justify, I will update my experience to social media also. Thanks

Property was good. But service was pathetic, staffs were not well behaved and service was very slow

Location and food was good, but the services terribly worst, we book complementary breakfast but they waited us very long

Booked 2 cottages, but in 1 ac was not working properly whereas in 2nd fan was not working. On complaining they have changed one room and given deluxe room at cottage cost. No refund of excess charges moreover room services was also pathetic. The only good thing was the resort location.
