Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was very quick to bring us extra coffee when I requested. Will be staying again .

The entire property, including the ******, was smoke-free. The property was laid out very conveniently, and the guest security was above average. Room keys were needed to take the elevators above the common areas.
The only room negative was that the beds were very firm. I'm sure many people prefer them that way, but I didn't.
The ****** was spacious, and very clean. Packets of hand wipes were placed on each machine. Nice mix of new and older machines.

No smoking was wonderful! Nobody answered phones at housekeeping or front desk, after 1 hour just called operator & they helped us immediately. Had a great stay!

The room was older and lots of brown, little blah. The neighbors doors banged open and shut often. Don't forget your key card because you need it to operate the elevator. Nice that it is smoke free everywhere. Cleaners banged on door even with do not disturb sign on. Overall just okay hotel.

Seemed a little old school at first but that was completely eclipsed by the cleanliness of the casino/hotel and the ridiculously kind staff. I was most with your employees.

The hotel was clean and nice. I was kinda expecting a bigger fridge besides a mini fridge. I did not enjoy being woken up by housekeeping slamming doors and knocking on the door. ****** was very clean and everyone was nice and respectful. I prefer that ****** over hard rock. I will be back.

We love staying at the Palace ******. The rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. The ****** is smoke-free and the people who work there are fantastic.

Although I came out with a little more money than I invested, I would much rather have $5 tables and have all the tables full of people than $10 and $25 tables and have only a few players, just saying (Lots of people having fun is more fun than playing like you are in a morgue)

I really enjoyed the smoke free ******. It's not as large as the other ******s, but was good enough. The parking was free and had no issue getting a parking space. The hotel was nice and clean. The double bed room with a view was very spacious and clean. It was a comfortable stay. The hotel is a block from the beach *****.
