My wife and I loved out getaway at the Towne Place! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was well appointed, and quiet.

The person who checked me in, Lela, was so great - very friendly and professional, even though she was new and learning. There was a gentleman helping her who was also so kind.

Hotel was great minus the 10 minutes it took for the water to get hot and the worn out couch.
Now the other guest are a different story. Loud and rude. Anyone not on the first floor needs to learn how to walk lightly and stop slamming doors.
Pet owners clean up after your pet. Dont leave whiney dogs alone in your room. Stop using a non fixed leash on aggressive dogs. Your dogs bad behavior is your fault.

Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette in my room. Really convenient restaurants within walking distance. Minutes drive to local mall. Excellent.

Our hotel rooms we're very clean and well stocked. Our stay was great. No problems. Parking was great and safe. We felt safe in the area. Customer service was great. Anytime we needed anything we we're helped. Breakfast was decent. They did run out of stuff but tried to restock fastly. The hot chocolate and coffee at all hours was a nice touch. Our family enjoyed the outside fire and the indoor pool.

We occupied the room for two weeks. Hotel staff were good. Room was clean, but small. Had problem with TV., Wi-Fi very poor and TV signal. Tried to watch three different movies and stopped before the end of the movie. probably won’t stay there again.
