Hi the cleanliness of the room is one of the major issues. 1. No senetisation was performed after the previous guest. The garbage, disposable cups, spider nets and water bottle were there. After highlighting this issue the floor was cleaned but the bed sheets and blankets were not. They were still having foul smells with spider nets on walls. 2. The washroom was second pain area-blocked drain, unavailability of water, no availability of bathroom kits, no lock on the bathroom door are the issues we faced. After highlighting they have made temporary arrangements for bathroom lock, water and also cleaned the drain. But the kits were not available with them. They have only soap and dirty towels. 3. No restorent or foods available in the hotel. For the food we need to travel for 1. 5 km. The restaurant was booked for marriage. 4. Poor speed of wifi. 5. The lock of the door at balcony was also not working which they have also addressed temporarily after highlighting. 5. No extensions or phone is available at the hotel to communicate with room service or reception. The boy at reception has given his mobile number which was not 100% available. To reach him we need to call twice or thrice. The escalation number of manager (tammy) was also not available as he was on leave. 6) no covered parking was provided for the four wheelers. 7) mineral water was chargeable but no reciepts were handed over.
