The hotel is well maintained and the pool was nice to swim in and sit by the pool side have drinks and food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of variety and they would cook up omelette and dosa fresh for you. We enjoyed the the stay and Kit one of the staff needs a special mention.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the room was quite noisy due to a generator that was constantly running, which made it difficult to relax. I could even feel the vibrations in my room, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the front desk staff could have been more courteous. Upon check-in, the receptionist didn’t offer any assistance in guiding or helping us to the room. For a hospitality service, these small gestures make a big difference, and it felt like basic customer care was lacking. Overall, i feel this hotel has potential but needs improvements in noise control and staff hospitality to truly enhance the guest experience

The staff is extremely helpful. Food is amazing. Would love to visit again. Rooms were clean and utilities were adequately stored and replenished.

Hotels primary business is restaurant and rooms are secondary. So the rooms are not professionally maintenaned. The room we stayed had issues with hotwater. Hotel staffs supplied the water in bucket to room. Bathtowell was torn. Breakfast is not buffet, it's served with ready options like idli, up-ma omlette etc. Dosa wasn't available. It's not prepared inhouse as staff will not be available in morning hours. It's arranged from outside. Room was clean. Staff was ok. They have open parking space opposite to hotel which gets full when there is function in premises. Owner was very attentive and arranged for our asks. But when we book hotel with certain expectations for the money, hotel definitely lacks those. If you are looking for decent well maintained hotel with buffet breakfast then this is surely not an option as their primary business is restaurant and party halls. If you are ok to manage just for one night stay, then this is ok place.

Best stay in bidar, new and spacious rooms. Polite and professional staff. Located at a bit outskirts of bidar but if you have your car/cab then it is easy to move around.
