Great hotel, located on the beach, offering spectacular seaview, especially if you book a frontemarre double room. Our first experience with this hotel has been a positive one, although we did have some issues. The fridge was not working, but they managed to change it with a new one, the next day. Also, we managed to extend our holiday one more day, but în another room. Breakfast was good, and we loved the chef who cooked eggs on the spot, he was very friendly. The hotel offers free parking, free beach seats (each guest is allocated a seat number, which is great), and it was a good surprise to be able to play free pool inside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff - the barman makes excelllent cocktails, and the prices are better than cocktails on the beach. Many thanks to the manager of the hotel for allowing us the late check-out, without any additional tax, because we managed to fully enjoy our last day în Bibione.

Personally, I can't believe this property can rent rooms that are incredibly small, as a "four start" hotel. Not only were the rooms small, but the quality of the bed and mattress were simply horrible. If I could submit the photos here, I would.
The bathroom was so small, I a 6ft, 190 Lbs, person had a hard time using the toilet. To make matters worse, when I booked the room, Orbitz showed the same price for one and two person. I booked for one, and then I went to the hotel to add one person to the room, the concierge told me I had to pay basically again a full rate for another person, which I have never heard. I showed him the screenshots with the prices that orbitz, displayed when I booked the room, and he just basically ignored me, and told me, that those were the prices. Rude concierge and dismissive of any questions I had thereafter. I have traveled around the world, and have never encountered such cold approach and treatment to a customer, nor have I encountered a pseudo 4 star hotel, with such poor quality rooms.

Well located hotel directly on the beach with private sun beds and safety box. Staff was very kind and friendly. Furniture of hotel need renovation. The walls between rooms was very thin so I can’t recommend this hotel for noise sensitive people. Breakfast was ordinary with good choice of fresh fruit. If you are lactose or gluten intolerant they are able prepare breakfast for you to (on demand in advance). We had room with sea view and view really nice.

All staff, room , meal (B+L+D) were absolutely perfekt. Possibilete of privat parking, well is to privat umbrela area on sand beach. We enjoy hotel pool, rent bike. Room was every day cleaning. Everything was perfect.

Typisches italienisches Strandhotel mit hervorragender Küche und freundlichem Service. Besonders Alberto, Salih und der Chef Gisberto sind immer präsent und kümmern isch um die Gäste. Auch die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand sind sehr großzügig.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto 2023 una settimana. Posizione strategica,cibo nella media. Pessimo servizio in quanto il personale è poco disponibile e camera pessima per soggiornare io,mio marito ed il nostro cagmolino. Ci avevano detto telefonicamente al momento della prenotazione che ci avrebbero assegnato una camera comoda visto il cagnolino ma non è stato poi effettivamente mantenuto quanto detto. Poca pulizia. Non consigliò perché non ha i servizi di un quattro stelle.

Hotel eccezionale sia per la pulizia. Bravissimo Il barman Luca... personale molto professionale specialmente Edoardo..mi sono trovata come fossi a casa...una piscina stupenda..ed è situato in riva al mare...lo consiglio veramente.
