We chose your guesthouse for a family celebration. We were very satisfied, both we as hosts and our guests. The accommodation was beautiful, the food excellent, the service and staff excellent. We would especially like to highlight the attitude of your employee, Mr. Krištof, who was very kind, helpful, accommodating, always smiling and in a good mood. Also the bartender in the bowling bar, who was very helpful and smiling all evening. Thank you for a welcome weekend. We will definitely come back to you.

Fantastic hotel, with great staff and good facilities and adults, kids and teens. We went to Bialka Tatrzanska with friends in February 2023, my friends have been going to this hotel every year for over ten years, which says it all. Room - spacious, comfortable, clean - we stayed in a family room, two adults and two teens. Restaurant - We went with half board option, breakfast and early dinner, but on some nights we ordered from the menu or went out, which the hotel was very accommodating with. Food was mostly traditional Polish hearty meals (soup, meat and veg), with some twists form the chef. It was very tasty and well presented, if anything I would say the portions were too big, so maybe reduce it or introduce kids portions. Breakfast was buffet style with something for everyone. Facilities - Sauna and Jacuzzi were great after a day on the slops, especially for us as we were learning to snowboard so plenty falling down, which was soothed in the warm sauna and water. There were playrooms / game rooms for the kids with bowling, pool table etc, and the kids were roaming around playing hide and seek. They loved the hotel. A bar for socialising in the evenings with good selection of drinks. Staff - Very helpful and cheerful. From the moment I started interacting with Krzysztof to make the booking to our departure who was fantastic, helpful and kind. Natalia was also very nice and nothing was too much trouble, especially when it came to food for my fussy teen. Information - Very knowledgable about the local area, transport and things to do. Make sure you ask about suggestions and any discounts before booking any activities. I got 10% discount for visit to the thermal baths. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to that town we'll definitely stay there again. Thank you Pensjonat Burkaty!

Been to Poland many times on holidays , especially Bialka Tatzanska is good for skiing and relaxing in aquapark but on the way back from hotel to airport in a cab recommended by a hotel , cab driver try overcharged us, stay away from that place

We stayed here for three nights. Very nice place, near to Bania. Nice, clean rooms, very friendly service. Lots of opportunities to spend time with friends (SPA, bowling,). Delicious breakfast and cookies. Truly recommend for business, family and friends as well.

Fantastic place, nice service and great food. It's fantastic place to travel mountains. In the vicinity of Terma Bania, the Białka river and the church. At guests' disposal: bowling alley, games room, SPA, beach volleyball court, deckchairs by the Białka River. I highly recommend

Przy kolejnym wyborze miejsca dla całej Rodziny wybrałabym ponownie to miejsce. Począwszy od komunikacji mailowej, poprzez telefoniczną, kończąc na osobistej rozmowie i kontakcie w pensjonacie Pan Krzysztof - zaangażowanie i profesjonalna twarz oraz "wizytówka" Pensjonatu Burkaty. Szybko, sprawnie, konkretnie i kontaktowo. Obiekt przygotowany nie tylko dla dorosłych odbiorców, ale obecne na wyjeździe dzieci bawiły się przednio na placu zabaw, a wieczorami i w czasie deszczu w bawialni. Dziękuję raz jeszcze kucharzom i obsłudze za przygotowanie smacznego obiadu i codziennych śniadań. Spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas w naprawdę przyjemnym otoczeniu.
