My stay was perfect had a great time.... Staff is very good...food is very good... Had a great time. Its a perfect place to stay... Hotel provides all the basic facilities like good wifi connectivity i would like to recommend this hotel a perfect place feels like a home away from home..Thanks to watergate for such a beautiful stay

The most value for money hotel. Excellent amenities. The service is par excellence. Delicious food, very humble and supportive staff. Spacious rooms and parking facilities available. The ambience is very nice. You can view the hills from the hotel itself and it's 1km away from bhimtal lake, 2km from bhimeshwar Mahadev temple and 12km away from golu devta bell temple. All together the hotel is at a very nice & prime place.

We visited bhimtal with our family yesterday. Found this place very nice and worth for money. Staff is polite and gentle. Rooms are nice and clean. Clean promises gives you a better feeling. Overall very nice experience. Special thanks to Vinod joshi ji ***ager who cooperated all the time. He was able to satisfied our guests even going out of the Box.. This is a best place to celebrate party or function. They have party hall and lawn for gathering. Food was very delicious. They arrange activities for all guest. All staff was very cooperative with super service. Special thanks to vines joshi for making our functions so beautiful

It was my second visit to Watergate Bhimtal and surprisingly staff remember my first trip and also about my preferences. Full marks for hospitality. Washroom was very clean. On call facility. They ***age to serve as per our request which are not listed in menu. ***ger also suggested few places which is untouched from tourist.... Very peaceful. Looking forward to back.

This property is quite nice and very comfortable. The staff deserves special mention, namely Vinod Joshi (especially Mr. Negi in the restaurant) and his team in the front office. It was really a good experience. We stayed there for 3 days, Small property .. good and comfortable room .. view from the room was fantastic.. Sunrays come beautifully into the room. Perfect place for a peaceful stay,We had a very comfortable stay in the resort. The service and food is amazing. You should surely visit at least once.

I visited Bhimtal on a solo trip in the month of April which did seem to be a peak season for tourists. The WaterGate Hotel definitely seemed very much in line with the pictures posted on the various travel portals. The location is extremely convenient considering the distance from Bhimtal lake, although it doesn't really face the lake, honestly, that's how it should be for some peace! The lake gets extremely noisy with tourists flocking the various boating, kayaking, and water sports areas. The check-in was fluid with a choice offered for the type of room I wished for which would guarantee absolute privacy since they have some really nice garden-facing rooms for families with private lawns which is pretty rare in this category of hotels. The ***ager Mr. Joshi is a very delightful guy, he was kind enough to help me plan my itinerary for nearby trekking routes (popular and the rare ones too!), the transportation was arranged at a feasible rate for Nainital; to top it all I am not a big fan of hotel food, I was offered some really customized options with food made absolutely the way I wanted! this seemed to be the general vibe of the hotel with the staff being extremely kind, and polite; despite the higher occupancy at the hotel, due time and help were never out of reach! I even got a chance to meet the owners who happened to visit the property around the same time from Delhi. I was suggested a couple of rare trekking spots which were still not commercialized by them, They both were extremely humble and kind enough to interact with as ***y guests whilst duly noting minor points and suggestions offered. This is a great property to stay in with a really strong ***agement who is willing to go out of the way for a better stay. The location, food, cleanliness and the staff running totally deserve a 10/10. Kudos to the WaterGate guys!! Keep up the good work:)

My stay at the hotel was amazing.Thw complete experience was worth every penny.The food ,the staff , services everything was commendable. There are special arrangements for the couple stay with room decoration and candle night dinner is also available . The experience was unforgettable The tourist places specially Parital and the 1 km trek to the place was a great experience to cherish.
