Its at main road , conveniently located with several ameneties nearby. staff were friendly and extremely polite. Food taste is very good. Hotel rooms are clean and any request is promptly attended. areas to improve: The bedsheets and towel seem to be old with signs of wear &tear. The bathroom kits amd water bottles are refilled upon request. The breakfast menu is bit repetive, though the taste is good. Room delivery for food is available but the taste is not worth the price tag, specially the beverages

The property was all in all an average one as it needs some repair, the floor was off at some places in the room, tiles scratched and broken. Moreover regarding bathroom, the condition was below average. Rest regarding the staff, behaviour was satisfactory and appropriate.

Very poor room service. Extremely dirty bathroom. Very poor quality of food. The chef misguides you to order for full portions, whereas the options for half portions are available. they cheat the customers in this was. the Morning breakfast is laid in a shabby place in the basement where you have to walk fleet of stairs to reach. the ***agers don't care about any complaints. The taps in the bathrooms are tight and may not function properly. The bathrooms do not have partitions and the bath water is splashed all over the place. There are no elevated place to keep your suitcase and you need to keep it on the floor. Overall who soever has given good ranking for this horrible place must be used to such rotten lifestyle. Never book your stay here.

Hotel is situated at very Good place surrounded with Malls and Shops, Property is old need some maintainence in Washrooms, White cement is not properly filled up, AC was not working during visit Staffs of the property are excellent, have excellant hospitality knowledge, Freebies are also good and enough more then normally hotels provides Would recommend stay there Owner need to check these small things

Took Rs 4500 but the room was pathetic. Terrible noise making AC and leaking tap in the bathroom and shabby walls. And they said that this was their executive room. The room looked like a Rs 1000. Very bad experience. But very supportive staff. Good breakfast that too complimentary.

Excellent service in all respect like room cleaness and tasty food . Hotel staffs are very well behaved and coperative. Overall my stay was wonderful. Room was very clean and all staff is well behaved

The washroom flush was not working. No water was available for bathing. Only basin tap was working. AC was not working properly, may be there was some problem in its filter. TV Dish was not recharged. TV was useless in the room. Food service was good. I liked coffee and food. Morning breakfast was also good.

average.. Room quality needs lots of improvement. Furniture and other things can be maintained better .... Overall look and feel needs improvement. Hotel staff is good and ready to help .. But infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

I stayed in Rajhans International for three nights and was quite satisfied with the service and behavior of the staff members, special mention is to be given to Mr Jha of the front office who helped me in different ***ners. Though all other staffs of the hotel are polite and cooperative. The room was good, food was satisfactory and above all this hotel is located in the prime area of Bhagalpur town. However, the staffs should be more prompt in action and some more improved quality toiletries are required. I am ignorant about other hotels in Bhagalpur, but according to my experience, Hotel Rajhans International is well recommended.
