Hotel Next2

Leider ein Alptraum . Wir konnten da nicht bleiben , musste sofort eine andere Unterkunft suchen . Was auch Gott sei Dank sofort geklappt hat . Ich konnte es auch nicht stornieren, deshalb war das rausgeschmissenes geld . Die Gegend ist sehr dreckig und der Taxi kann dich nicht bis zum Hotel fahren . Also muss du das Gepäck auf ein Berg hochschleppen .

Pros: Property is located few mins walking distance from Istiklal Street and from Taksim Square. Room was decent size and clean. Cons: We paid for a room with kitchen but ended up in a room without a kitchen. On inquiring more details regarding the room with kitchen, we were told it has few cookware but we have to get our own plates, glasses, utensils and that is if the room was available. We paid for the breakfast option but was told that it wasn’t the case on their end, so we ended up calling ******* multiple times for assistance in getting that worked out. Long story short we did end up getting breakfast but it was room service rather than the breakfast buffet as shown in the pictures. Room service is pretty much the same few items every morning severed around 10am, we had to request earlier breakfast due to planned activity but the earliest was 9:30am. You make your own tea and you are expected to get your own water for it. Hotel seem to have power outage issues quite often, so plan accordingly. Toilet had back flow issues and we had to ask them to fix it. Anyhow, we booked this hotel because of the kitchen and breakfast and both were let down. We are pretty frequent travelers to Istanbul, but this time we were extremely disappointed. Staff is not very helpful as compare to the other hotels we have stayed in. Look for other options, there are plenty close by and confirm with the hotel on the kitchen, breakfast and other amenities when booking.

When the people in the upper floor walk you hear their foot steps. This is the only dis advantage they have. Also note that they domt have buffet but they serve a humble breakfast at your room. The rest are awesome. The location is literaly next to everything. Night life, food, drinks and all the rest

Breakfast was advertised as Buffet but was room service with one boiled egg and some rotten breads..Area is dirty,not even water is provided as room service i had to ask them and initially they refused but then provided

I had booked my stay for 3 nights.the Hotel is very close to Istiklal Street however the hotels lane is a no entry zone.Be prepared to drag your luggage.my package was a breakfast including package, however on 1st day no breakfast was given.The reason given there was kitchen and refrigerator problem.No other alternative was given.Further the staff just said that u have complain then pls put it on booking website.2nd day they ran out of creamers and on the 3 Rd day they ran out of bottled water.on asking at the reception for water they just said they forgot to order and they only give water on check in day

The hotel is clean . This is the 2nd visit and i recommend it for all people who comes to Istanbul especially isteklal taxim . The hotel is safe . The staff is hospitable. The room very clean 🥰 .. ❤️❤️

Great location, and great service.

This property should not be on Orbitz list of hotel. The hotel is not maintained well, the rooms are small, dirty, unhealthy and unsafe.
