AKA Beverly Hills is the most fantastic hotel there is. The staff is the best. A shout out to Ricardo always friendly and so he. This was our third year visiting AKA Beverly Hills. The location is perfect. Easy access to the surrounding areas. Totally quiet inside our unit. We will be back next year.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and with excellent service. The suite itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

having a residences rather than a room for the entire week made all the difference - i was able yo prepare proper coffee in the am, a cocktail on the evening, and tea before bed. i worked in the living room, sat on the terrace, and even had the fireplace on at night. it was also a beautiful setting to have my zoom calls at the terrace with all of the beautiful palm trees, purple pansies, and water feature in the background! the cherry on top was being next to spago for dinner and maybourne for breakfast, with canon, beverly, and rodeo right there.

We live in Israel but spend the summers traveling. My wife’s from LA and has family and many friends there so we go every year. The apar**ent structure along with front desk services, easy parking and a fantastic location makes this a perfect set-up for us. The prevalence of so many guests from the Middle East is fun. I like to say that Beverly Hills is where Israelis and Arabs meet to eat Italian food. It is pretty much true. Having Whole Foods just up the street is extra convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. Roman especially has looked out for us for many years.

2 BED / 2 BATH: Spacious apar**ent, walking distance to supermarkets and Rodeo Drive. We did not want for anything else for our stay here. Helpful concierge, valet parking and central to the main shops of Beverly Hills so spoilt for restaurant choice, unless like us you were thankful for full kitchen to enjoy home cooked meals after a long trip away. (Note: Kids are 10 and 8 not teens)

It’s an good hotel. But the valet is very nice. Certain workers go beyond what’s expected but others don’t. When the cleaning ladies came to clean the bed sheets they were wet when i came back. I found two alive spiders. Dirty floors. Ran out of coffee. It’s located in a nice place but i was very disappointed when they had no pool.

My stay at the AKA was outstanding. The property is beautifully located and impeccably maintained and serviced. The entire staff, front desk reception, car valets, maintenance, housekeeping, were all most accommodating and responsive to any request, and always with a smile. Special shoutouts to Roman, Ricardo, Jazmine and Robert at reception, head of housekeeping Adelina, and bellmen and car valets David and Troy. Couldn’t be happier, my highest recommendation— top cabin all the way!

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience at aka Beverly Hills. When I booked the room, I was told there was a satisfaction guarantee and I would be refunded if there was an issue, since I was booking from a different city and could not see it in advance of signing a long term stay. Sure enough, there was a constant smell of smoke and gas in the room. It stopped and started and the staff essentially tried to disprove me by walking in at time I had aired out the room or the smell stopped. I feared sleeping there and left within 4 hours to another hotel due to the intoxicating smell. They insisted on charging me almost 1,000. In addition to me having to book a last minute option somewhere else. Big scam and stole my money.
