We weren’t given our requested room type and didn’t have enough beds or blankets in the room. We were kept awake until extremely late by noisy neighbors and staff slamming the laundry door next to our room every 2 minutes. Complained multiple times and asked for a room swap, but they were full.

Good size room, we booked the king 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. The bedroom had a door to close off the living room and kitchen. Kitchen supplies were sp**** but doable for my family of four. Dated but clean hotel. Great shower pressure.

This hotel has been a favorite of ours in the area for a long time. Has always been very nice with great rooms/space and clean and quiet. Lately the hotel could use some TLC as some upgrades and repairs would go long way. Staffing and setup of the free breakfast has not kept up to previous standards, though I would still recommend the hotel.

Both coffee containers are emoty for the 830 breakfast. Carpet hallways are dirty. No toilet paper in the lobby bathrooms. Staff made aware and immediately tried to correct the situations

Overall my experience it was very average and I would not recommend this hotel to any of my associates. I also would like to say that the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

The staff were amazing, the suite was extremely nice. The only con was the noise at night ( cars racing, loud music from cars parked behind the ***** mall adjacent to the hotel). The breakfast was very good. I would definitely book again to visit family in the area.
