Premier Inn Berwick Upon Tweed Hotel

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa no centro, perto das muralhas da cidade velha. Quarto era limpo e confortável cama. Funcionários foram muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O Premier Inn é sempre confiável e tem uma boa relação custo-benefício.

First time in Berwick Upon T****. hotel is in a great location. The front of house staff are excellent, friendly and happy to see you. This makes a massive difference. Only down side is they are very busy so sometimes service is a little slow - not their fault, only two of them with 30-40 guests in. the restaurant to look after.

Firstly I want to say that the staff are a credit to this company. They were prepared to give 110% to their guest even on the busiest days/evening always with a smile. This is our 3rd visit and won’t be our last Berwick is ideal base to explore the Scottish Borders and visit the castles in Northumberland,although the town it self is beginning to to look run down

We enjoyed our recent stay at this Premier Inn, overall very satisfied . The staff were particularly helpful and accommodating during our stay. The Easter treat left outside our room was a lovely touch!

We often stay at this hotel when visiting family and it is always clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are fresh and tasty. On our most recent visit the staff went above and beyond for our young family and Julia was exceptional with our little girl.

Best check in ever julia was super efficient and friendly. I have visited numerous premier inns over the years and found the welcome by Julia the best by a clear mile . Katya who was on pate at night was fabulous nothing was roo much trouble. Thank you I will be back

Our trip to Berwick was enhanced by the wonderful staff at Premier Inn, especially Susan, who went over and above to make us welcome. Premier Plus room was good and the whole hotel was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast wasn’t too busy with enough choice of food.

Thank you to the staff at the Berwick-upon-Tween Premier Inn -- Laura, Zander, Susan, Kerry and Julia are amazing people!!! They made my stay so fun and enjoyable. They are such a great team and I am very grateful that I got to meet such lovely staff.

Again another fab stay can’t fault the place. Room was 10/10 for cleanliness Breakfast fast n plentiful hot and delicious Can’t complain BUT it’s the staff that make this place give it the heart and the personality it deserves… So a small little extra shout out to Julia as always helpful knowledgeable about local area, nothings a bother attitude and service with a smile thank you again see you all soon.
