Hotel Singer – Relais & Châteaux

Returning to The Singer after 39 years was very special for me. I still remember the hospitality of the late Herr Singer very vividly. In particular, I have a fond memory of the kitchen party. The attention to detail and continuous improvement was very much evident. We loved the choice of pillows and our selection of fruit on our arrival. The "new" Spa facility was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Dinner was excellent. My wife thought her (actually my) panne cotta was the best she had tasted The new generation of Singers have continued the great tradition

Warm wellcome and familiar hotel. Excellent restaurant, super wellness, very nice rooms. Mr Florian Singer does everything to feel you wellcome and comfortabel. Highclass hotel, nice people! It was our 4th time in the hotel. Thank you to the whole team!

The place is a mix between history and contemporary. The service is amazing from beginning to the end. For Skiers, super advantageous. Staff always happy and helpful. Spa and gym with a lot of options. Even considering that the weather was not that helpful this February we could enjoy from the moment we arrived. Definitely recommend and will come back. A high comment for the dinners! Congratulations!

This could quite possibly be the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I was torn as to whether to leave this review as I’ll be sad if too many people discover how truly wonderful it is but, the stay and the staff deserve the praise so here it is. I am currently writing this review before leaving as I did not want to forget anything before we left. We have travelled as two families with children ranging from 10 down to 4. Absolutely everything has been beyond perfect. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with so much space for family accommodation. The food has been nothing short of excellent. Every single mouthful has been delicious. The children have also been catered for with such thought every night something for them to choose from. The spa is such a wonderful tranquil place to relax after a hard morning, with indoor/ outdoor pools, I was also lucky enough to have a few treatments which were excellent. But, my main admiration is for all those who work here at the hotel singer. So helpful and pleasant, every member of staff we have had the pleasure of meeting has been a true delight. I’m not a natural skier nor mountain dweller but my stay here has convinced me otherwise and I simply cannot wait to return. The family feel is woven into this hotel and I thank all who made our family stay so very special.

Clean and clean and clean and neat. Welldone on details. Feel warm and welcoming once we arrived. Cheerful but up to standard staff. Amazing food and wine. Wonderful restaurant staff especially: SONJA, EMESE, NOAH, MAYRA and the Greek lady with RED HAIR and her brother from BAR. Staff from spa: SOPHIE, NATASHA and SONJA. The most beautiful and immaculate hotel set right next to the ski resort. The attention to detail is far beyond any other hotel. The staff are more than helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate with every amenity needed, from luxury down pillows and duvets to the most comfortable beds. The spa and outdoor areas are immaculate, the whole ambience is relaxing. We dined in the restaurant every day for breakfast and dinner, attention to detail, choice and cleanliness are of a high quality.

Our second winter ( New Years ) holiday in Hotel Singer was just as good, if not better then our first one last year. The staff is still super friendly and will do all they can to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing as always, the deserts alone will make you come back. The rooms were also briliant, great view and very comfy beds. We will be back! Thanks again family Singer and staff.

The most amazing stay! We felt like this was a home away from home with superb dining and breathtaking views; the staff was incredible, even throwing a birthday party for my husband with a delicious homemade chocolate cake. Mr. Singer is attentive to his guests and gave us a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye as we headed out to our next destination. The most friendly staff with the best spa- don't miss the daily steam treatments. This is the place to get away from it all, relax, and enjoy the best of alpine life.

We stayed at Hotel Singer for four nights to enable us to walk in the nearby mountains. We were slightly dubious about the prospect of half board but the food was superb. The staff were all courteous and friendly and the facilities were lovely. Great pools indoors and outdoors, lovely sauna area (albeit nude),small gym, cosy relaxation room and while the bedrooms perhaps lacked some character compared to other Relais & Chateau hotels, they were comfortable and well equipped. The village does not have a lot going on so it might not suit visitors without a car but it is smack in the middle of great walking territory with lovely hikes e.g Sebensee Lake nearby. Mr Singer was often in evidence and I suspect that makes a difference as you got the impression the hotel was tightly managed and high standards maintained. We had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone.
