The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

O hotel é lindo, construído em 1865 e totalmente renovado em 2003. Possui excelente localização perto de todas as atrações da cidade, é possível chegar a pé. O quarto duplo de luxe é amplo, confortável, limpo e possui uma varanda com linda vista para o Rio Aar e os Alpes. O restaurante Brasserie Vue é excelente e o bar oferece ótimos drinks. Outro restaurante que vale a pena a visita é o Noumi, anexo ao hotel, ambiente bonito, badalado, com DJ e pratos a base de grill deliciosa. O Lobby é muito bonito e agradável. O staff é muito gentil principalmente os funcionários portugueses. Gostei de tudo neste hotel e recomendo.

Great Hotel in Bern. Centrally located, extraordinary staff. Felt welcomed frim the first to last minute of my 4 night stay. Great lobby bar for Gin enthusiasts. The views from the terrasse are spectacular. Nicely furbished and updated room.

we stayed at Bellevue Palace for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed - excellent service, exceptionally clean and well maintained and we had a nice view of te river and alps. Highly recommended and we will be using this hotel on our next visit.

Bellevue offers the perfect location for work and networking in Bern. Staff is very helpful. On site, it^s easy to find or book a quiet spot for business discussions. Quality of food, and the great view on the Aar river are also very appreciated.

So bad service. Never book them! Overprice, bad food, lieing! Had such a bad experience. Find something better. Rooms dirty. Even asked for the manage team, they couldn’t help. So bad service. The receptions was not kind, they was angry, and not service minded
