The Estrel Berlin is an impressive hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is professional and premature. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious foods. The hotel is located in the heart of Berlin, near public transport and attractions. All in all is a recommended hotel for a pleasant stay in Berlin.

Good hotel, not really central but with good public communcations just outside. Good enough breakfast, good rooms. The opening times for de the bar and restaurant is a bit short, probably because of covid. The Garage is reasonably priced and feels safe.

This was a great hostel in Berlin. Neighborhood was super cool and it was the most lively of the hostels we stayed at during this trip in Euro. We got lucky with our room as it was down a hall by itself and even though it was near kitchen it was pretty quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful and the room was spacious despite being 6 beds. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Only complaint would be it's on the pricier side for hostels, and the kitchen did not have much to use for cooking compared to others.

As a musician I loved the interior, the architecture, the pictures and gallery. Little niche beside the bed to plug in your mobile phone/ tablet or what soever - very comfortable. Lots of very nice details everywhere. This hotel fits perfectly in Berlin.

During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered a number of issues that affected my overall experience. While the hotel appeared relatively new and clean, there were several areas where improvements are needed. 1. Blocked Floor Drain: One evening, as I prepared to take a shower, I noticed that the floor drain was completely blocked. This was highly inconvenient and unexpected. As a hotel guest, I believe it is not my responsibility to unclog drains manually. The task was unpleasant and should have been addressed by the hotel staff promptly. 2. Lack of Proper Cleaning Services: The cleaning services provided during my stay were disappointing. We had to repeatedly request basic cleaning essentials such as vacuuming and toilet paper. It was frustrating to spend a significant portion of our vacation time coordinating with the cleaning staff, especially considering that our requests were not excessive. 3. Inadequate Floor Cleaning: Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were dirty and had not been properly vacuumed. This gave a poor first impression and indicated a lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. 4. Inconsistent Trash Management: The handling of trash was inconsistent. While one of the trash cans was emptied, the other remained full, suggesting an incomplete job by the housekeeping staff. Consistency in maintaining cleanliness is crucial for a pleasant guest experience. 5. Inconsistent Towel Change Service: The towel change service was also inconsistent. Some days, the towels were replaced, while on other days, they were not. This inconsistency can leave guests feeling uncertain about the level of service they can expect during their stay. 6. Misleading Information about Air Conditioning: One of the most significant issues we faced was the absence of the air conditioning system that was promised on ***********. This was particularly problematic as we had a family member with asthma, and the lack of cool air aggravated their symptoms. False information provided regarding amenities is not only misleading but also poses potential health risks to guests. I hope this review provides comprehensive feedback that will assist the management in identifying areas for improvement. It is my sincere hope that necessary actions will be taken to rectify these issues, ensuring that future guests have a more positive and comfortable stay at your hotel. Due to these problems, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned. It was a very pleasant stay! My husband and I enjoyed the evening. The hotel is centrally located to 3 different supermarkets and the M13/M10 tram takes you with the super into the city to the ring center and to the Warschauer Strasse, so we didn't need a car. The staff was friendly and check-in took a few minutes. Only the check-out took longer because there was no staff at the reception... otherwise we had to wait 15 minutes. But otherwise we were generally satisfied. The rooms are simply furnished and very mobile to use

For a friend's hotel, he lives in this hotel in Berlin! Feedback location and eating are more convenient. I will live here directly next time I travel, and experience it myself.

This B&B hotel is well-situated in Mitte, within an easy walk of shops (Alexa Mall), restaurants and transportation options. The room, though small, was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty though little variation from day to day. The only negative is that the hotel was also hosting multiple student groups who crowded the public areas, elevators and breakfast area and were often noisy and oblivious to their impact on other travellers. This was a daily annoyance during our 4 night stay.

Was very good also in corona times, location was best to reach everywhere in Berlin,traffic nodes, rooms were good, only wlan does not always work, must log in every time renewed, but nothing is too bad and I will book again at the end of the Month
