Boutique Hotel I31 Berlin Mitte

Stayed here for 4 nights! Booked through Secret Escapes! Highly recommend! Hotel staff during breakfast were very friendly, breakfast was plentiful. The waffles were amazing! Lots of variety! Has a small bar area to sit in the evening and an outside seating area looked lovely and I imagine would be lovely on a summers evening. Would definitely recommend, close to the tram and underground and only a few stops away from Alexanderplatz.

this was a very nice large hotel in an excellent location. The staff was also very helpful. They were gracious enough to extend our reservation twice due to COVID restrictions. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Modern inside. Room was clean quiet and had everything we needed. Loved the shower! The management team were so helpful in recommending a restaurant for us and what to do in the evening. If we're back in Berlin we'll go back here.

Service is outstanding...nothing a problem for them - front office and bar staff get a gold star! The room I had was beautiful, super clean and modern, with a mini bar topped up every day with soft drinks. Modern walk in shower - and best of all, I have found a hotel in Berlin with a medium to soft mattress with a topper - and air con that actually works (Radisson - take note)! Breakfast was lovely, the area running into an open courtyard - and the hotel is in a great location. One thing I would say...its on a man road where the trams run, so if you're a light sleeper get a room that faces onto the courtyard.

i31 is a nice hotel. On the contrary to other reviews, they were quite willing to change the dates of our stay due to the COVID restrictions. The breakfast staff is extremely friendly. The barkeeper however was not. The bar was barely stocked (my first three choices of beer for example). There were games in the lobby, which we presumed were free to use. The barkeep was mad at us for using it - we should have asked him first. When we apologized, he frankly admitted to be "irritated" at us. If the games are for personel only, they should be kept behind the bar. I was shocked at the nerve of this man towards customers. It left a bad aftertaste everytime we passed the lobby.

Slechtste service en meest onvriendelijke personeel aller tijden! Ik heb deze zomer één nacht overnacht in het I31 hotel in Berlijn. Met het hotel was verder niks mis, maar het personeel en hun gedrag.... Niet normaal onvriendelijk, onprofessioneel en onbeschoft. Ik had de Superior Container geboekt voor één nacht, had deze betaald, maar bij aankomst was deze niet meer beschikbaar. Heel vaag, en het hotel had geen goede reden hiervoor en gaf toe dat het hun eigen fout was. Uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen voor een bepaald bedrag. Dit ook netjes betaald natuurlijk. Mij werd beloofd dat mijn geld binnen 1 week (het geld van de kamer die ik geboekt had maar niet beschikbaar was) terug op mijn rekening werd geboekt. Ik heb naderhand niks meer van het hotel vernomen. Geen bericht of update, helemaal niks. Ik heb er zelf tientallen!!! keren achteraan moeten bellen en telkens word ik doorverwezen of zelfs genegeerd door het personeel. Op mailtjes kreeg ik geen antwoord of slechts een enkele zin met amper wat informatie. Lang verhaal kort, nadat ik *********** heb ingeschakeld omdat ik mijn geld anders toch nooit terug zou krijgen is het probleem opgelost na een maand tijd (door ***********, niet door het hotel zelf!) Kortom, als je naar Berlijn gaat, boek ergens anders. Dit hotel is het totaal niet waard!

Moderno ed efficiente hotel situato nel quartiere di Mitte di Berlino. Molto accogliente e curato nei particolari, il personale è professionale e attento alla clientela. Buona la colazione servita a buffet, classica continental breakfast, con l'aggiunta di qualche prodotto tedesco. Le camere sono essenziali, silenziose ed arredate in stile moderno, anche se la pulizia potrebbe essere più approfondita. Comoda la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi si trova sia una stazione metro che una stazione S Bahn. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Dit hotel is zeer goed gelegen, metro en tramhaltes vlakbij. De kamer (deluxe) was proper, hier en daar wel al tekenen van slijtage aan meubels en tapijt. Het aircosysteem werkte niet echt goed, en thee zetten in een machine waar ook koffie in gemaakt wordt, is niet zo smakelijk. Er mankeert ook wel een map met info over alle faciliteiten van het hotel. Je krijgt wel elke dag een (gratis) gevulde minibar met water en soft drinks ter beschikking. Het ontbijtbuffet was lekker en uitgebreid. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Andere pluspunten zijn de rustige binnentuin en ruime lobby van het hotel. Kortom een zeer goed hotel voor een bezoek aan Berlijn.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im i31 und durchweg begeistert. Das Zimmer am Dach in einem umgebauten Schiffs Container ist großartig, so gemütlich und modern, so ruhig und geräumig dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr fein und liebevoll gestaltet und das Personal wirklich kompetent und freundlich. Der Garten mit dem Teich und der Buddha Statue ist eine wunderschöne Oase mitten in Mitte.
