Good morning, my booking was cancelled - why? First of all my booking was guaranteed. Second: pay at property Third (from your chat message at the time of booking): 3 days prior to the arrival we will authorize the amount of 200 € on your credit card as a security deposit - are you kidding me? Where is the problem? I also asked my financial office and they told me that there were charge / reservation requests from *********** that were all successful by end of last month. So therefore please recover my booking, it's a service that you have to fulfil - I explicitly cancelled another booking several days ago in favour for this property. Kind regards, Simon Ebner

Dusty room. Bed stinks. Pillow cases had stains on them. Terrible breakfast, definitely not a buffet. Do not pay for that breakfast. Have breakfast at the nearby cafes, where you get a reasonable 12 € breakfast. Servers were talking loudly in a different language. Front desks were not friendly and didnt greet us one time since we got there. Oh, yeah and rude housekeeping staffs!! Knocking on doors and straight up coming inside the room even before check out time!!! We were still sleeping when the housekeeping staff casually opening the door and attempting to come in! Overall worst hotel experience ever! Worst breakfast “buffet” and rooms are not cleaned properly.

Ein schönes Haus: Cool eingerichtet, bisschen Art Deco, viel schwarz und gold, prima, großes Bad, Klima funktionierte, stylische Bar! Aufpassen, dass es nicht ganz bald zu abgerockt aussieht! Das Personal war stets bemüht, gutaussehend, leider nicht deutschsprachig, kein Problem, aber leider auch nicht englischsprachig. Somit Verständigung sehr sehr schlecht. Sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück übrigens war schlichtweg eine Unverschämtheit. Wir sind ab Tag 2 nebenan in einem (polnischen?) Café (Suarez Straße ca. Hausnummer 13 oder 17) zum Frühstück gewesen. Bei Nachfrage nach Kosmetiktüchern (die leere Box stand in unserem Bad) wusste damit niemand etwas anzufangen. Also alles in allem irgendwie sehr schade. Es fehlt komplett eine gastfreundliche Ansprache/Ansprechpartner. Leider "kümmert" sich niemand richtig, es gibt keinen Gastgeber/Eigentümer o.ä. Die Bar wurde bespielt (abends), war scheinbar auch ganz gut besucht. Lage und Anbindung Öffies ist OK. Ist halt "laut", da an der Kantstr.; des nachts ruhiger als gedacht. Tatsächlich würden wir nicht noch einmal dort wohnen wollen.

Superbe hôtel très content personnel toujours souriant et à dire bonjour la seul chose que peux reprocher c est qu’on est pas venu faire ma chambre durant les 4 jours j avis bon appuyer sur le bouton ménage la lumière ne s’allumait pas mai bon petit détail

Bestilte det her hotel for 4 personer og blev så tilbudt et af deres andre hoteller (nedgradering) fordi det var under renovering, virkelig dårlig service og dårlig stil.

Déco moderne MAIS les chambres ne sont pas propres, l'accueil n'est pas très agréable et le service laisse à désirer. Anecdote: On nous raccroche au nez, on arrive dans une chambre avec des WC pas du tout nettoyés, on ignore toutes nos remarques... Bref, à part (et même) si vous êtes vraiment fan de déco, hôtel à éviter!
