DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku'Damm

Good, clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Rooms have no amenities like toothpaste, you have to request that, and a half-liter bottle of water is vastly overpriced at 9EUR. Fix that, Hilton.

I often use Hilton on business trips. This is because the service, facilities, and location are excellent. I used DoubleTree By Hilton in Berlin for the first time. The flight time was delayed, so I checked in after midnight. This stay was more regrettable because I used it personally. 1. The problem with the card key in the room I received at check-in, and one card key I received at check-in had errors, so I had to go to the counter several times and get it reissued. 2. Cleaning problem: The food left by the previous guest was left in the refrigerator, and the cleaner came into the room right after the knock around 8 a.m. (I didn't have time to answer it), and I had to work until late, so I went to sleep in the morning, but I couldn't sleep. 3. I came out of the room just after 11 a.m., and returned to the room at 4:30 p.m., but it was not cleaned. I called the counter and asked for a towel because it was not cleaned, and there was no water provided as a service, so I called the counter again and tried to request it. However, when the counter staff answered the second call, they hung up before I was finished. 4. Last schedule (check-out) Around 8 o'clock, the cleaning staff came back into the room the same way, and I couldn't stand the situation anymore, so I went straight to the counter under check-out. There were 3 employees at the counter when we were checking out, and I asked one of them to proceed with the check-out, but after delaying each other, one of them proceeded with the check-out. (I don't know if they were busy in the morning, but the gestures that seemed to put off each other's work in front of the guests didn't look good.) I have never complained while using the Hilton. I spent many schedules and business trips at the Hilton in Spain, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Korea, and Japan. However, I will no longer use the Dobletree by Hilton in Berlin. I have to use it because of my personal schedule and business trip, but when my business trip to Berlin is scheduled again, I will use another hotel. I wonder if there are any differences in hotel service between business and personal visits. If there are these service rules, I will make a reservation through the company next time. One thing that impressed me was that the staff in charge of the Concierge at the main gate was really kind, and it was really impressive that they were busy but responded leisurely.

위치도 너무 좋았고 방도 예상보다 컸기에 충분히 만족스러웠지만 방음이 잘되는 편이아니며 방해하지 말아달라는 요청에도 항상 노크하더라구요.. 그 부분을 제외하곤 충분히 잘 지냈습니다!

位置好，設施齊全，早餐豐富，但是服務一塌糊塗。一開始我查不到客人名字，一副我們進錯店的面孔，説是攜程上訂的，找到後又説在他們這裡是通過其他網站訂的，又是我的錯了。沒有再搭理她。三個房間各兩份早餐，就是六個人來吃早餐，進餐廳門口老太太拿出打印的一張大字報在查房間號，就是搞不清楚住一個人也可以訂兩個早餐，花費10分鐘解釋，一副不情願的樣子。這次直接發火了。

10月23，通過攜程網預訂，在國內已經交付酒店費用費。入住酒店後，根據酒店方要求通過信用卡交951歐元的按金。 27日，辦理了退房，經與前台反覆確認，因為沒有產生額外費用，酒店不給提供住宿發票（因為之前通過攜程已經付款），但按金將直接退款到信用卡中，當時在等着1小時，沒返回到卡內（同行另一個屋的人很快到賬了），又與前台人員確認，回覆説可能之後幾小時會返回，請再確認。然後就幾小時後回國了。 回到國內，仍然沒有返回，11月1日，致電攜程網，提供了酒店信用卡票，得到回覆是需要2-3周工作日協調去找代理溝通。期間，也提到説是信用卡方問題，但我仍跟信用卡溝通，得到回覆根本不是信用卡方佔用的問題。在此期間，也是多次跟攜程確認，直都是溝通，到第三週工作日仍然沒有得到滿意結果。 到12月2日12點前也沒有得到回覆。 現在本人需要攜程解決該問題，本人無法繼續等待，每次攜程工作人員都反饋在溝通，請攜程返還信用卡的按金費用951歐元，因為我也要還信用卡，不能損害消費者權益，畢竟出行一直都用攜程，也相信攜程可以付款讓本人滿意。對於酒店方，認為攜程與代理需要溝通解決。

服務態度很好，房間乾淨衞生，到店後即使沒有到入住時間，也能夠根據房間情況及時辦理入住，前台還送了小餅乾，很滿意。 早餐吃不太慣，不過各種麪包確實不錯

就在市中心，吃飯和逛街太方便了。觀光旅遊3線也在酒店旁邊。環境大氣，很乾凈。

Keine Hygiene Artikel (Zahnbürste usw) keine Hotel Latschen

Ein gutes und solides 5 Sterne Hotel. Allerdings ohne Minibar. Getränke muss man an der Rezeption kaufen, die dann aber kein Mineralwasser parat haben. Die Zimmer sind modern, aber recht klein. Die Lage ist top und fussläufig ist beispielsweise der Kurfürstendamm schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem 4 von 5 Punkten.
