"************, **********, café frio, cheiro de lixo nas estradas, piscina suja, pessoas sem abrigo dormindo no parque de estacionamento, taxas falsas de reserva de hotel, má gestão. Parece que o gerente e o pessoal de limpeza estão sempre fora de fumar pela entrada.O lava-se e secador não trabalhou, foi dito várias vezes que estava fixado, e não me custava tempo e dinheiro. Eu chamei a empresa para responder às minhas preocupações porque o gerente era relutante. Eu fui retaliado pelo gerente geral Matt por fazer isso, ele mudou a minha factura, mas as mudanças não reflectiram na minha cópia impresso apenas naquela que recebi no e-mail. Eu estava confuso com o Grande saldo Da minha conta porque tinha pago antes e não sabia do 365.00 que não existia há três dias. Disse que não ia pagar a conta até falar com a empresa e o gerente geral Matt pegou o telefone e chamou imediatamente a polícia, dizendo que não pago, o que me obrigou a pagar o 365 ou a ir para a prisão. Eu fui escolhido do edifício deixando o meu laptop e vários outros itens, não tenho certeza por que isso escalava o modo como eu o fiz, mas era selvagem irresponsável e retaliatório  porque eu chamei a empresa para abordar as condições sanitárias."

"Everything about this stay was unpleasant. I paid full price to stay in a hotel that’s under construction, everything was just one big false advertisement. Not one employee had on a uniform. Breakfast was old like they recycle it from the previous day, it seems like they’re just going to the Costco and buying things instead of ordering from Sysco They’re literally using Styrofoam plates for hot waffles. No pool chairs I was told to sit on the ground, no W/D, EVERYTHING was dirty!!! On my way back to my room, I was berated by the evening front desk clerk about where I was going with my dog and that I was not allowed on the third floor. The second night I was questioned again by the same person about where I was coming from. I was woken by the people who run the place because they were arguing outside of the door to my room in a foreign language. ( very unsettling) The people that run the place are not native to the USA because there’s a huge language barrier as well as sanitary differences. One person‘s clean may not be another person‘s clean, and some people are okay with eating food that flies land on it, but not I. The $100 deposit that I paid for was NOT refunded to me probably because I called corporate. If you do bring something to the franchise holders attention he will make excuses and not take accountability."

"Great rooms for price, amazing staff, cozy accommodation and over all worth it!!! The room has wood floors and tile every throughout. Very clean bathroom, well kept furniture and clean sheets. Extra towels and bath amenities provided upon a request. Overall great!!"
