It was really clean when we got there, pretty decent room. We stayed four nites. After we got there the room was never serviced except once, and they only brought new towels nothing else was done, we emptied our own trash, straightened up each day some. We had to ask for wash clothes. Bed was never made or sheets changed, which is ok, no biggie, we was ok with that, because it was just me and my wife. Room was never serviced at all only to bring towels once. Over all it was a clean place, bfast was pretty decent. Folks there were nice, the maids just didn’t do their job.

Love our room. Area was nice, construction made it hard to get in. Our check in lady was friendly and quick. We stayed here several time over the years.

Our experience was excellent at the Springhill suites in Bentonville. The staff went above and beyond when I had an inquiry. To the point that I never have experienced it at another hotel. Our room was clean and nice. We had a mini fridge and microwave. The eco friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable.
I recommend this property, it had everything we needed.

Pool walls and water had algae growing. Mentioned it to front desk…..but not corrected durning our 3 night stay.

We got the 2 queen bed “suite” since that’s all they had left for the night. I was thinking, for the price, that the room would come with perks! The body wash in the shower was watered down. The beds were HARD. The a/c unit worked half ass (we brought a fan) and they forgot to mention that there would be renovations going on next door to our room. By the time we settled down and went to sleep it was after midnight. And we were woken up to hammering well before 9 am.
