The staff and servers were great, very attentive. The entertainment was fun and lively. The food was just ok, we really loved the Japanese restaurant but the others were just ok. No top shelf drink choices. The lock on our patio door would not latch all the time & I was surprised that there was not an extra lock on the main door.

Great property, very clean with many activities to choose from. Very safe for solo travellers. Friendly, kind staff throughout the property. I enjoyed the various eating options.

Please note - we travelled off season (end of Jan) with NO kids - two friends.
This was a lovely low 4 star resort.
The staff were wonderful and warm. The food was quite delicious at every place we tried.
Pools are spacious, lots of them, and very clean. Beach has lots of great seating and the beach is great.
Activities and night life are lacking a bit - the nightlife is basically non existent, and we're not partier so that should say a lot. They say there was tennis, but I didn't see any courts (I also didn't ask), Gym is sufficient, but not exceptional, and it is small.
Spa was excellent, but expect to pay $$$
Kids area looked fun.
I would go back for a quick trip to reboot, but for a long term stay you would likely need excursions and extras so plan for that in the budget.
All in all a solid resort for the money.

This is our third Ocean property and by far the best one we have been to. The property is so clean and easy to access all amenities. Our room was very clean and our housekeeper was amazing. All the staff made our stay so welcoming and friendly. I will say the only thing that was really needing work was the entertainment. But overall I would say that the experience is a 98 out of 100.
We would highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year.
The on-site dive center and excursion team were amazing Karla and Francisco were amazing and helpful.

Hotel was decent, it had way better, but they scammed us a check out and said we bought a facial cleaning product for $50 that we did not buy, and we had to pay it, they scammed us at checkout, also took two hours to check in

I have stayed in a lot of all inclusive and a lot of ******* gold VIP hotels
None of them have the attention and service this one has excellent Katia is in charge of the ******* costumers and hose way above her job to make you feel welcomed comfortable and make sure you enjoy and make the mos of your time at the property
They really upgrade the rooms to the best they have available at the time of check in the people at most restaurants also treat you excellent alex the chef at the Japanese restaurant also make sure you have an excellent time at the tepan table

Food was terrible and there was raccoons running in and out of the restaurants one was even in the cooking area. I came here in 2017 I will never return. It’s like Chilligans island.

very good for the price point. minor things could be fixed. housekeeping did an excellent job every day. mini fridge always filled. food sort of average. coffee was horrible.

The property is nice but a little tired. The rooms could use some updating. We had showers that leaked and sometimes didn't work at all. Lower level rooms smelled musty and although they did bring in humidifiers that didn't help. The staff/service throughout the property is great but we found the front desk service lacking. They do not have enough help at the front desk to deal with issues and wait times were incredibly long. We felt we wasted so much time trying to resolve room issues and getting our bracelet/room keys reprogrammed. We were promised upgrades that never happened. It was frustrating. We were a group of 17 and my parents had been there twice before. After this experience, I'm not sure we'd go back.
