Hospedei-me no anexo " villas " em 20 de Setembro por 2 noites , na " casinha " 312 ! O hotel está fechado ! Estão reformando o prédio ,portanto o correto seria não aceitar reservas pagas......... acontece que quem paga por uma estadia o hotel envia um e-mail , 3 dias antes da sua chegada , alegando que você foi contemplado com um upgrade ........ transferem você para as villas que estão abertas e são uma grande porcaria ! Não é a mesma propriedade , fica longe do prédio que é mostrado nos sites de hospedagem , 800 metros aproximadamente e são de baixíssimo nível . Trata-se na realidade de " casinhas" pré-fabricadas feitas de madeira , fiberglas e plástico. As " casinhas " estão dispostas numa montanha e a recepção está na parte inferior. Uma vez feito o check-in , você tem que levar as malas sozinho até a sua " casinha " que fica morro acima.....não dá para ir de carro porquê não tem ruas dentro da propriedade......... não sei como é feito isso quando chove......... felizmente quando nós chegamos ,o tempo estava ótimo : Um sol escaldante e a temperatura por volta dos 34ºc ! .........eu ,com duas malas para subir o morro e chegar na minha " casinha " levei 25 minutos........foi bom porquê estava engordando muito nessa viagem.........Dentro da " casinha" encontrei alguns animais silvestres bem interessantes : formigas ,mosquitos , centopeias ,aranhas e besouros . O quarto não tem porta , ou seja : quem está na sala tem visão total do quarto............portanto não é uma habitação que pode alojar uma família . O banheiro é mínimo e a piscina individual, como mostra as fotos do site , não existe ! Trata-se literalmente de uma trapaça . O upgrade na realidade é uma trapaça. Eu paguei para ficar naquele prédio grande , bonito , com uma tremenda piscina........... não para ficar em uma " casinha pré-fabricada" de plástico ! Fujam desta desonestidade , o "hotel" tem 1 estrela no máximo. O barulho do ar condicionado do vizinho é bem na sua cabeça, a madeira e o plástico não tem isolamento acústico. É barulho 24 horas por dia .

Me and my partner came to visit for a week, the hotel was nice but average for the price that we had paid. Location was too far from anywhere worth going so a car is needed if staying here, the hotel staff were nice other than the main hotel manager who charged us €300 for smoking on the balcony even though the maid gave us an ash tray and there were no no smoking signs on the balcony either? We was accused of smoking in the room even though we only smoked on the balcony with the ash tray that was provided, also we shut the door when on the balcony so i feel as though this was unfair and they should not of let us upgrade too if that was the case. We upgraded on our last night and it was worth every penny, it was €60 for a huge room with a jacuzzi bath and large balcony, massive difference compared to the small room we were given to begin with! The spa was lovely we really enjoyed that. I can’t give more than a 2* since we were unfairly charged, the fact that we were charged €300 and being falsely accused of smoking inside when we did not left us feeling rubbish on our last day but u will give the 2* for the hotel grounds itself and the other staff were lovely and very helpful. Also loved the old sports cars on the front! Nice touch.

We stay here quite often as we live in the area. On the whole it is very good but the last couple of times I've noticed that the bacon at breakfast is fake bacon!!(I'm not sure how it's made but I imagine it's reconstituted) I actually asked the lady cooking the eggs and she confirmed it (not that I needed confirmation, you could tell a mile off!) As an English person who looks forward to a nice cooked breakfast when I stay at hotels I find this very unacceptable, especially in a 4 star hotel!

We recently visited the hotel for 2 nights as a group of 20 (6 families all with teenage children). Reception & grounds to the hotel are immaculate. We were all given rooms in block D on the front of the hotel so overlooking the smaller pool & crazy golf with a view of Benidorm in the distance. Room was clean, bright & big enough for 3 of us. Small fridge & safe in the room. Bathroom was lovely with 2 sinks. We ate in the terrace bar which had a small selection of the usual foods (pizzas, pastas, which were good & burgers which were not so good) food was hot & served quite quickly. Bar led onto a large terrace which had kid’s entertainment which little ones seemed to enjoy. Hotel gives free entry to 3 attractions & is directly across the road from Terra Mitica theme park which the kids loved. They went later in the early evening so didn’t have too many queues to worry about. Breakfast buffet has a large selection which is constantly restocked. It did get very busy between 9-10 which is to be expected. Downside was the hot buffet - all the food was cold. However plenty of cold selection to choose from. Pool area has lots of space & loungers with parasols. Life guards present at all times we were there & some animation team activities were going on at various times. Pool bar was a little expensive but staff were pleasant. You can also hire & exchange towels here too - free of charge. On day 2 we taxied to the water park -about 15mins a (€15) away. Queues here are very long but place is spacious with lots of loungers (€7). . It is out on its own with nothing else around (except the theme park) so a taxi ride away from any nightlife if that’s what you’re after - we weren’t. There was no shop but a couple of vending machines which sold water etc. Overall a lovely hotel.

The hotel and grounds are immaculate and beautifully presented! We stayed in B422 overlooking the theme park and although people will say the view of the sea is better, for our kids, opening the window and seeing the rides every morning was a dream for them! We had breakfast included and there was an abundance of choice!! From full cooked to continental to cereal and fruit etc. only thing I’d add would be English style bacon and more choice of cereal for kids. The free Wi-Fi has great reach and is better at the big pool ( doesn’t reach the small pool as well) the large pool with sloping edges is great for the kids and we’re able to relax a bit more when the kids were playing round the pool. The Terra Mítica/Iberia park (joint park) are great and queue times mid august were amazing, never waited more than 20 mins to get on a ride, yes it’s a little outdated compared to something like Alton towers or Disneyland but still for kids it’s great. Mundomar and aqualandia(adjacent to each other) were also great, Mundomar only needs half a day max to get everything seen. Aqualandia also good but a rip off for lockers and rubber rings for the lazy river. Also got hurt on the red vertical slide( bruised back and bum from the force of the water at the bottom) so be careful, ride this slide at your peril! Rooms are clean and well presented but more like functional hotel room to sleep in, not much space to chill in, in future will probably upgrade to suite or a villa as it was just too small for a family of 4. Overall a fantastic hotel and are looking to go back next year for longer :)

Location is great, that’s where it ends. Bar staff are extremely ignorant and will always serve the Spanish before the English. 2 occasions we waited in line only to be pushed 2nd & 3rd back just got a drink! The manager is none existent it’s basically get over it! Very low quality food mixed in with a “do not care” attitude. I would advise you stay at the Asia Gardens up the road which is where we are heading asap.
